ATTENTION Before maintenance or repairing works switch always the engine off and take the candle connection away 8 CONTROL SIGNS MB TRANSMISSION FITTING THROTTLE LEVER ey SPEEDS SELECTOR ONLY RL7 2 1 9 SAFETY WARNINGS 1 This machine has been designed and manufactured for being used by one operator only and is driven by means of the appropriate handlebars Any other use is not permitted 2 Before the machine is operating read the Use and Maintenance manual thoroughly so that you are fully aware of all the operating controls and safety aspects of the machine Before starting the engine be sure that speeds selector is in position F and the SAFETY DEVICES are well working and fitting Without these cares the operator might work in a danger situation DON T SABOTAGE THE ENGINE STOP SAFETY DEVICE AND THE DISENGAGEMENT DEVICE THE MACHINE MIGHT BECOME EXTREMELY DANGEROUS 3 Do not under any circumstances transport people or objects on the machine 4 Always ensure that the machine s safety devices are correctly mounted and in perfect working condition 5 Before use check that all the controls in particular the clutch the Motor stop and the brakes if fitted are in good working order 6 Any modification or spurious parts being fitted without the Manufacturer consent will nullify the guarantee and any possible resulting damage will not answered for 7 This machine must not be used

ESEL SIGMA SAE 30 Check the oil level when the machine is going to be used and change it every 300 working hours For what the engine concerns read carefully the manufacturer s booklet GEAR BOX Whenever the machine needs maintenance or overhauling use only original spares of the manufacturer to ensure always the best reliability to the machine ENGINE Follow carefully the instructions contained in the relevant use and maintenance booklet During the running in and in the first working hours of the machine avoid heavy jobs and follow the instructions 14 ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY TILLER f The tiller is fixed to the transmission shaft by screws A The tool holder shaft has got a cylinder profile so that the tiller may be quickly fitted Clean tiller hubs and the tool holder shaft Lubricate this in order to make easy its assembly and disassembly Fit tiller hubs 1 and disc 2 on the tool holder shaft fixing them by screws 3 and nut 4 NOTE The cutting part of blades must be always put fi towards the running direction RUNNING Each time you start working verify that screws DIRECTION and nuts are well tightened 10 15 TRANSPORT Moving the machine for a short way use the small transport wheel or fit a pair of side travel wheels In other situations put the machine on a pallet after a good fastening and load it on a truck by a forklift 16 TECHNICAL FEATURES
