1. only genuine replacement parts as recommended by this manual Set burner valve to off and LP gas cylinder valve to off Clean fiame inhibitor tray if not cleaned previously Use warm soapy water CAUTION Keep flame inhibitor tray and drain free of grease build up to prevent fire Clean after each use LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS eS AU OS E EN TO LIGHT 1 Place grill on non combustible surfaces Lift the grill hood and leave in open position Locate burner head and igniter button Have matches or lighting instrument available if igniter option is not installed Open the LP gas cylinder valve Open burner valve by pushing in and turning counterclockwise to HP With igniter option Press the igniter button The burner should ignite within 5 seconds Without igniter option Insert a lighted match or lighting instrument through the burner hole in the cabinet base that corresponds to the opened burner valve The burner should ignite within five seconds Remove the match or lighting device after the burner is ignited Viewing hole in the front panel should be used after lighting only CAUTION If the burner did not light properly close the burner valve and then the LP tank valve Wait 5 minutes before attempting to re start the burner CAUTION If burner goes out turn off gas valve Open lid and wait five minutes before attempting a re light lf fire occurs turn off gas valve Close lid and wait until fire goes out PAGE 4

7. ep out of reach of children PAGE 3 PRELIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS CAUTION Read instructions before lighting and open lid during lighting If ignition does not immediately take place turn the burner valve knob to off wait 5 minutes and repeat the lighting procedure This grill comes completely assembled Do lead test before using the grill PRE OPERATION CHECKS cad hee Check the cylinder to see that it is not empty Inspect the regulator hose prior to each use If it is evident there is excessive abrasion or wear or the hose is cut it must be replaced prior to the grill being placed into operation The replacement hose assembly shall be that specified by this manual and ordered from the manufacturer Connect the regulator to the LP gas cylinder Check for gas leaks prior to beginning lighting procedure and whenever a new cylinder is connected Follow these steps Make a soap solution by mixing one part liquid detergent and one part water Turn off burner valves Turn on gas at cylinder Apply the soap solution to all gas connections bubbles will appear in the soap solution if connections are not properly sealed Tighten or repair as necessary 4 If you have a gas leak that you cannot repair turn off the gas at the source disconnect fuel line from grill and immediately call your grill dealer and gas supplier for professional assistance Inspect for loose screws or fittings Tighten repair or replace parts as necessary Use
