M20 Meter User Manual for gas 50 8 Specifications Power supply Battery CR2450 3 0V 500 mAh Sampling rate 1 2 sec max Battery life 1 years for continuous use typical Pressure range 0 150 PSI Burst pressure 2x F S Resolution 0 1PSI 0 01Bar 1kPa 0 01kg cm2 Working compensated temperature range 10 C 60 C Accuracy 1 F S 22 28 C Brass port R1 4 Measure fluid Gas and liquid Unit PSI Bar kPa kg cm2 Working humidity 35 85 Auto off 10 minutes Key Function ON OFF SW1 Start On OFF Lit Zero SW2 Re zero Back light Operation 1 Press SW1 to select the unit Press and hold SW1 for 3 seconds to shut down the meter so that it may extend battery life If the meter is powered off press SW1 to power on It will show the current pressure after 1 second later Press and hold SW2 for 3 seconds The display shows 8 8 8 8 for around 3 seconds and then the pressure of the meter will be reset to zero Be careful not to re zero as the meter is pressurized If the battery power is not enough lt 2 5V the LCD will show Lob for around 3 seconds and then be powered off automatically Even press SW1 again the display will show Lob for around 3 seconds and then be powered off automatically Please replace battery Press SW2 to start on the back light for around 5 seconds Replace new battery 1 Loosen the 2 screws on the back of the meter 2 Depa2. rt the top bottom case slightly and take off the CR2450 battery 3 Replace new battery Please watch out its polarity 4 The display will show the current pressure if the installation is correct 5 If no display on LCD check the polarity of battery or power voltage up to 3V 6 Assemble the top bottom case if the display is normal Be careful of assembling by using the raised point on the top case to align the fillister on the bottom case Notices 1 Don t run the re zeroed function as the meter is pressurized 2 As the pressure is greater than 1PSI the re zeroed function is disabled to avoid mishandling action 3 Please replace new battery before the first installation We suggest that performing re zero function in the atmosphere to reduce the error due to environmental pressure to improve the pressure accuracy 4 Please be careful not to pull off the wire connected between the top and bottom case
