4. and lock it in place using the latches and buckles at the tub section The tub section should now be firmly secured to the rolling frame and the legs of the tub section should be suspended above the bathtub or shower floor Using spring buttons and adjustment holes the telescoping legs of the tub section extend lower both of the legs so that they are as close as possible to the floor of the bathtub or shower Make sure that each telescoping leg is secure having push button protruding through one of the N adjustment holes j Using the adjustable non skid swivel glides at the bottom of each leg adjust the glides so that they raise or lower until the tub section is stable within the tub and does not wobble or rock Loosen the hex nut on each of the glides first then adjust the length of the bolts and finally re tighten the hex nut to lock the length 15 Note The swivel feet in the tub section have 1 adjustment range Make big adjustments with the spring pins and fine adjustments with the swivel feet ALWAYS CHECK THE SWIVEL FEET BEFORE USING THE CHAIR Extending any too far out of its leg might cause it to be unstable or even worse to dislodge from the leg k Finally test the entire Go Anywhere Chair assembly by unlocking the seat assembly from the rolling frame using the retractable spring lock located at the front of the seat assembly and slide the se

6. pointing down and open ends of the tubes placed against the hinged back of the travel case 6 Place one of the upholstered foam dividers on top of the now folded tub section 7 Remove the footrest assemblies collapse shortest positions possible fold each at its hinge and place them in the zippered accessory pouch 8 Remove the push handles from the backrest supports and place both into the zippered accessory pouch 19 9 lf installed remove through pins securing the armrests raise the armrests so they are parallel to the backrest and reinstall the through pins locking both armrests into their vertical position 10 Remove the second upholstered foam divider from the travel case and place it on top of the seat cushion Failure to do SO may result in permanent impressions being left in your seat cushion 11 While standing behind the chair remove the locking pins from the backrest Pull up on and fold the backrest down over the seat base Re install the locking pins to prevent the backrest from falling open in the next step Until the chair is broken in should the backrest fit too snugly you may need to give it a pop with the palm of your hand beneath the backrest at its center The fittings will relax with use 12 Turning it over place the rolling frame seat assembly including the upholstered foam divider with its legs pointing up into the open travel case 13 Loosen black knobs and
7. remove both cross braces securing them folded position using black knobs Store them in the zippered accessory pouch 14 Depress the spring pin buttons and remove both REAR legs w casters Do not remove the front ones Place the REAR legs w casters into the zippered accessory pouch 15 Zip the pouch closed and place it inside of the upside down rolling frame 16 Without removing the front legs w casters pull the tethered lower legs out of their respective sockets and lay them alongside the frame 20 17 Depress the spring pin button and slide the smaller diameter leg as far in as it will go into the wider diameter leg making it as short as possible Repeat with remaining leg Lay the casters down on top of Zippered pouch 7 1 18 Close the travel case 21 MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS 1 Following each use towel dry all parts of the chair If used as an everyday use chair it is recommended that after each use your Go Anywhere Chair be laid on its side for a little while to permit any accumulated moisture to drain out Over time moisture could cause the rubber stem at the top of the caster assembly to loosen and become dislodged from the tubular leg Should this occur follow the steps delineated below under Troubleshooting Tips 2 From time to time remove the seat and seatback cushions and dry both the aluminum base and the backs of the cushions to prevent the growth of any

ANTY below If this warranty is acceptable return the chair for a full refund PRIOR TO USE Contact GO Mobility Solutions for shipping instructions and a Return Authorization BEFORE returning any product Go Anywhere Chair is not designed for use on surfaces having more than one plane i e it is not intended to be moved up or down steps or over curbs This product has been designed and tested only under conditions wherein all four casters maintain coincidental contact with the horizontal surface beneath it thresholds shower curbs or barriers are encountered that exceed gt in height the area in question should be brought within the code for handicap accessibility as specified by the Americans with Disabilities Act ADA Use of this product under conditions other than those specifically described above shall void this warrantee in its entirety The Go Anywhere Chair CST has been designed and successfully tested for use by persons NOT exceeding 250 pounds This product is NOT intended for use by persons weighing more than 250 pounds Should any individual exceeding 250 pounds choose to use this product for any reason he or she does so entirely at his or her own risk and contradictory to the recommendations and warnings of GO Mobility Solutions Use by any person in excess of the 250 pound weight limit shall void this warranty in its entirety Go Anywhere Chair may become damaged

13. d soak in the tub 17 6 In order to release the seat assembly and permit it to glide pull out the ring of the seat lock located on the front of the seat and turn it 90 so it stays the open position The seat assembly may then be slid from the rolling frame along the bridge tubes to the tub section Once the seat assembly is released from the rolling frame and slid a few inches toward the tub section pull and turn the ring 90 it to its auto lock position and release When the seat assembly is slid the remainder of the way to the tub section the lock will automatically capture the seat assembly Additionally the tub section has a stop at its far end which will prevent the seat assembly from sliding off its track To return the seat assembly to the rolling frame pull the ring again to the open position As soon as the seat assembly is released from the tub section and slid a few inches toward the rolling frame pull and turn the ring 90 returning it to its auto lock position and release When the seat assembly is slid the remainder of the way to the rolling frame the lock will automatically capture the seat assembly ensure seat assembly cannot roll off its track on 15 return trip make sure that the L shaped stop is installed and secured the aluminum tube at the rear of the rolling frame BEFORE returning the seat assembly from the tub section to th
14. e rolling section 7 After the user has completed showering and has slid back and locked the seat assembly to the rolling frame disengage the tub section from the rolling section by opening the latches on the H bridge lock Remove the bridge tubes from the rolling frame The rolling chair is again free to roll once the brakes on the casters have been disengaged 8 Following each use towel dry all parts of the chair Occasionally remove the seat and seatback cushions and dry both the aluminum base and the backs of the cushions to prevent the growth of any mold or mildew 18 DISASSEMBLY 8 PACKING INSTRUCTIONS 1 Place the optional travel case on a raised flat surface such as a bed table or luggage rack Remove the accessory pouch and place it aside nearby 2 Place the H bridge lock and bridge tubes into the zippered accessory pouch 3 One at a time if necessary screw the adjustable glides down into the legs of the tub section making them as short as possible 4 Remove the first of the two tub section legs from its respective socket by giving a firm tug Depress the spring pin button and slide the smaller diameter leg as far in as it will go beyond all spring pin holes into the wider diameter leg making it as short as possible Place leg alongside tub section Repeat this procedure with the remaining leg placing it alongside opposite side of the frame 5 Place the tub section with its leg sockets
15. each of the leg sockets on both rolling frame and or tub section by loosening or tightening them as necessary PROBLEM The seat assembly becomes detached from the rolling frame and needs to be remounted SOLUTION Lay the rolling frame on its side and slide the seat assembly on to its nylon rollers located on the underside of the rolling frame The retractable spring lock located on the front of the seat assembly should automatically lock when the seat is slid into the proper position with the lock in auto lock position See 6 under Operating Instructions above PROBLEM am concerned that the adjustable non skid swivel glides located at the bottom of each of the four legs on the tub section might slide or that they could scratch or damage the surface of the bathtub SOLUTION Place a rubber bath mat on the floor of the tub before placing the tub section down 24 LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES Please read this BEFORE operating or using your Go Anywhere Commode Shower n Bath Chair By operating or using the GO Anywhere Chair you agree to the terms of this warranty If you do not agree return the chair to GO Mobility Solutions BEFORE use to receive a full refund of the price you paid Thereafter this product may be returned at anytime within 30 days following delivery for a full refund less a 20 restocking fee and at your own shipping expense assuming the product is in like new condit

17. l in shower not be available to you please continue on to Instruction 13 13 The tub frame is required only when access to roll in shower is not available The tub frame may be used with a standard bath tub a sunken tub or with a stall shower having a lip ledge or step that cannot be rolled over Should this be the case prepare the tub frame as follows Complete this procedure BEFORE the user transfers or is transferred into the chair a After having adjusted the rolling frame to its desired height roll the chair into position adjacent to the bathtub facing the wall on which the shower head is located and parallel to the bathtub where either the water will soray or within easy reach of a hand held shower device Engage all four caster locks 0 If the L shaped end stop is already installed in the side of the chair furthest from the bathtub then leave it there If however it is installed in the side closest to the tub first remove it by depressing the spring pin button beneath the aluminum tube and pulling it out and then reinstall it in the opposite side of the rolling frame at the rear of the chair 1 so it is installed in the side of the chair furthest from the bathtub THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT as the stop conjunction with the seat lock prevents the seat assembly from gliding off of the rolling frame its trip back from the tub section 13 Remove the seco

20. nd upholstered foam divider that separates the tub section and the rolling frame from the travel bag exposing the tub section and remove it placing it on a raised flat surface with the leg sockets facing up Place the upholstered foam divider into the travel case with the one put away previously and set it aside d One at a time tilt up and install both upper legs by into its corresponding leg socket giving each a push until you feel them lock into securely in to place Align score line with holes Pull legs out until the spring pin button pops through first hole shortest leg length f Remove the 2 bridge tubes and the H bridge lock from the accessory pouch Place the now empty accessory pouch into the travel case with the upholstered foam divider and store 0 Insert the bridge tubes into the open aluminum tubes of the tub section Take the tub section with attached bridge tubes into the bathtub Turn the tub section over so it is standing upright on its adjustable glides with the bridge tubes resting on the edge of the tub 14 h While standing either inside the tub or Straddling the tub wall insert the remaining open end of each bridge tube into its respective counterpart on the rolling frame Install the bridge lock by placing the grooved tabs into their respective notches located on the rolling frame beneath the seat assembly midway between the bridge tubes
21. o 2 cross braces are provided which add stability to the rolling frame The tub section has two 2 legs each having adjustable non skid swivel glides Note All six 6 legs w swivel casters are scored with a line to help you align the spring pin buttons with the adjustment holes and color coded to identify their respective leg sockets The seat assembly includes the seat base and the seat back two 2 armrests acceptor tubes for the two 2 push handles and acceptor sockets for the two 2 footrest assemblies The two 2 bridge tubes and H bridge lock are used in conjunction with the tub section for conveying the seat assembly from the rolling frame to the tub section in instances when in a roll in shower is not available There is an end stop installed in one side or the other of the seat assembly at the rear of the rolling frame The end stop may be removed and installed in the opposite side of rolling frame depending on which direction the chair needs to face ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1 Unzip and open the lid of the optional travel case or ee carton in a location near to where the occupant will transfer into the Go Anywhere preferably on raised flat surface such as a bed table or luggage rack 2 Remove the zippered accessory pouch placing it within reach and open the pouch 3 With the seat assembly still in the case one at a time raise each of the 4 tethered u
22. pered accessory pouch Install them into their color coded respective openings located on the front face of the seat assembly Holding each at a horizontal position parallel to the front face of the frame as shown insert the footrest paddle fully then rotate it to its down position 11 lf at this point there is roll in shower available assembly is complete Return the zippered accessory pouch containing the unused bridge tubes and H bridge lock back to the travel case and proceed to OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 12 lf mounting or remounting the seat cushion to the aluminum seat assembly press the Velcro located on the front face of the cushion to the front of the chair first then lower it on to Velcro located at the top of the aluminum seat pan from front to back as you stretch the cushion toward the rear of the seat The seat and back cushions are constructed of high quality closed cell foam thoughtfully designed and manufactured to assure maximum comfort and protection Ensure that you do not place any heavy and or pointed objects on top of them or pack anything on top of them such as any other part of the chair Because the foam is closed cell it will not spring back after being compressed for extended periods of time Any indentations in the 12 foam caused such compression may become permanent Do not place anything sharp on top of the cushions as the vinyl surface can puncture or tear Should a rol
23. pper legs two have the lower legs w casters already installed from the rolling frame placing each into its corresponding leg socket giving it a push until you feel it lock into place The tension of the ball plunger s located at each of the leg sockets on both rolling frame and or tub section may be loosened or tightened as needed 4 Remove two 2 legs with swivel casters from the zippered accessory pouch here left and right caster legs Install them so that the colored dots on the lower legs match those on the tethered upper legs so exposed bolt heads at the bend in each leg face outwardly from the chair Depress the spring pin button on each caster leg and insert them into the open ends of the two available tethered legs on the rolling frame Once the spring pin button is inside the tube turn the caster leg slightly in either direction until the spring pin button pops through the center hole in the upper leg Note there are score lines on each of the legs to help you line up the buttons with the holes 5 Remove the rolling frame from the travel case by grabbing the seat frame turning it right side up and placing it on all four casters Using the spring pin buttons and adjustment holes in the telescoping legs adjust the height of the rolling frame so that the occupant may safely and comfortably transfer to the Go Anywhere Chair This may involve some trial and error Ensure
