We RLD Tools com REFILLING YOUR 20 OZ TANK In order to fill your 20 oz tank to capacity WorldPro recommends chilling the tank before filling Additionally make sure that your 20 oz tank is com pletely empty as empty tanks are much easier to fill If you are not sure if the 20 oz tank is empty attach the blow gun attachment and press the CC to cono aiey drain the tank 1 For best results use a bulk tank with a siphon valve Install the proper fill adapter on the bulk cylinder Ensure the bulk cylinder is turned off before inserting the 20 oz tank which you are filling Ws 2 While holding the CO2 cylinder with both hands insert ja the tank into the fill adapter Begin to screw the tank in by turning the tank clockwise into the fill adapter Please ensure that you are standing to the side of the tank and not in front of it while filling 3 Continue screwing the small CO2 tank into the fill adapter until it does not turn any further 4 Turn on the bulk cylinder and begin filling the CO2 tank Please ensure that you are standing to the side of the tank and not in front of it while filling As you are filling the tank you will be able to hear a light gt hissing noise as the tank is filling As the tank reaches capacity the hissing noise will slow down This usually takes about 1 minute 1 5 Turn the bulk cylinder off by turning the knob clockwise F It is important to make sure the bulk tank is comple
3. he burst disc has ruptured if air begins to blow out of the side of the valve DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE BURST DISC UNTIL TANK IS COMPLETELY EMPTY 1 Remove burst disc by turning counter clockwise 2 Insert new burst disc provided with kit 3 Tighten burst disc until it is finger tight then take a 3 8 wrench and tight en 1 4 turn 5 2 KEEP TANK VERTICAL WHILE OPERATING While operating the World Pro Instant Air System make sure that the tank is vertical or close to vertical If the tank is not held at vertical or close to vertical during operation the nozzle may begin to freeze or the liquid CO2 may spill out into the regulator wasting CO2 and causing the system to operate inefficiently The provided waist clip will hold the tank vertical in most instances or alternatively the Instant Air System can be safely used while the tank is standing on the ground TANK MAY BEGIN TO FROST While operating the World Pro Instant Air System continuously you may find that the system will become very cold and begin to frost If this is the case set the tank aside and let it warm up for a minute or two After the frost begins to dissipate you will be able to begin again If the air is sputtering or not coming out at all the tank needs to warm for a longer period of time This type of frosting will only occur when you are operating the instant air continuously with no pause and is completely normal For example this can occur

6. when filling an air mattress or a tire INSTALLING REGULATOR The Instant Air regulator is installed by screw ing it onto the CO2 tank in a clockwise direc tion as shown to the right The regulator must be screwed all the way on until it no longer turns A REMOVING REGULATOR The Instant Air regulator contains an o ring that prevents leakage between the tank and the regulator When removing the regulator it is important to drain the air from the air hose to avoid damaging the o ring To drain the hose first turn the regulator counter clockwise two full turns Then use the blow gun attachment to release any air in the hose Once the air is released the regulator can safely be removed by unscrewing it in the counter clockwise direction FAILURE TO RELEASE THE PRES SURE FROM THE HOSE WILL DAMAGE THE O RING SPARE O RING INCLUDED
