18. 4 Launch the TruDR application and login as Administrator username admin password admin Click the Actions button located in the menu bar at the top of the screen Click the Manage button located at the top of the dropdown that appears after selecting Actions Click Equipment from the menu on the left side of the screen The Equipment Configuration screen will appear in the window on the right Click the Perform Calibration button The Calibration Screen will load on top of the TruDR application To begin the calibration click the Perform Gain button The application will acquire a series of 4 Dark images 30 seconds apart and average them to create the Offset image After each image is acquire the Progress Box will read Please Wait Next you will be prompted to take acquisition 1 of 4 20 000 level You will acquire a series of 4 images with an average ADU value of 20 000 dil A good starting technique at 30 SID is 62 kvp 1 0 mas If the settings are correct you will be prompted to take image 2 of 4 If the settings are incorrect the value achieved will be briefly displayed Adjust your mas up or down according to the prompt and acquire another image when prompted until all 4 images have been acquired at the 20 000 level Next you will repeat the process at the 30 000 level A series of 4 images will be acquired with an average ADU value of 30 000 A A good starting technique at 30 SID is 62 kvp 1 5 mas Once the
