Working with Cash Control Unit Transferring Data 18 of 27 2 2 Transferring Data Need to Know Only tax officers from the Swedish tax agency are permitted to transfer data and remove the security seals from Cash Control Unit For more in formation on the security seals and where they are placed on Cash Con trol Unit see 1 4 Security Seal on page 11 The product label is found on the bottom of Cash Control Unit see 1 5 Product Label on page 13 How to Proceed No receipts can be processed while data is being transferred from Cash Control Unit Fig 15 Inserting storage card To transfer data from Cash Control Unit to a storage card 1 Make sure that the electronic cash register ECR is no longer process ing receipts Disconnect Cash Control Unit from the power supply Remove the seal from the card slot Insert storage card into the SD slot as depicted in the figure above ie with contacts facing upwards Reconnect the power 4 The green ON LED blinks to indicate startup of Cash Control Unit This can take about 30 seconds L The yellow DATA LED blinks to indicate data transfer to the stor age card see 1 2 LEDs on page 8 User Manual Cash Control Unit 1 0 Edition 12 2009 ID No 30033908 Working with Cash Control Unit Transferring Data 6 When data transfer has been completed and the yellow DATA LED has stopped blinking remove the storage card from the SD slot 7
