To Xo d Ke 10 Ko gi E D Trouble Shooting Trouble Shooting Listed below are a few common problems that you may encounter with solutions No light output from the unit 1 Be sure you have connected your unit into a matching wall power outlet 2 Be sure the fuse has not popped The fuse is located on the rear panel American DJ Supply www americandj com Gobo Projector LED User Manual Page 6 To oom edge 10 Ko gi E D Warranty MANUFACTURER S LIMITED WARRANTY A American DJ Inc hereby warrants to the original purchaser American DJ and American Audio products to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a prescribed period from the date of purchase see specific warranty period on reverse This warranty shall be valid only if the product is purchased within the United States of America including possessions and territories It is the owner s responsibility to establish the date and place of purchase by ac ceptable evidence at the time service is sought B For warranty service you must obtain a Return Authorization number RA before sending back the product Contact American Du Inc Service Department at 800 322 6337 Send the product only to the American DJ Inc factory All shipping charges must be pre paid If the requested repairs or service including parts replacement are within the terms of this warranty American Du Inc will pay return shipping charges only to a design
3. reinsert the lens After the lens is inserted reinsert the retainer ring so that it sits snuggly against the lens There should be no play between the lens and retainer ring American DJ Supply www americandj com Gobo Projector LED User Manual Page 5 To Xo ad ae 10 o gi E D Fuse Replacement Locate and remove the unit s power cord Once the cord has been removed located the fuse holder located inside the power socket Insert a flat head screw driver into the power socket and gently pry out the fuse holder Remove the bad fuse and replace with a new one The fuse holder has a built in socket for a spare fuse be sure not to confuse the spare fuse with active fuse To ooi d Ko 0 am ml D Fixture Cleaning Due to fog residue smoke and dust cleaning the internal and exter nal optical lenses should be carried out periodically to optimize light output Cleaning frequency depends on the environment in which the fixture operates l e smoke fog residue dust dew In heavy club use we recommend cleaning on a monthly basis Periodic cleaning will ensure longevity and crisp output 1 Use normal glass cleaner and a soft cloth to wipe down the out side casing 2 Clean the external optics with glass cleaner and a soft cloth every 20 days 3 Clean the internal optics with glass cleaner and a soft cloth every 30 60 days 4 Always be sure to dry all parts completely before plugging the unit back in Cleaning

8. es a a EES ES TS E a a Peay ee el a a A CE a eee a ee E SC A SES ee CR Cael meat A Geman E E A T ae ee ee ee ee ee eee ee ee ee ee 0 1 0 2 0 3 0 4 0 American DJ Supply www americandj com Gobo Projector LED User Manual Page 4 To oom dae 10 Ko am E D Gobo Replacement The Gobo Projector LED comes with a replaceable gobo This gobo can be interchanged at any time and allows you to customize your system To replace gobo 1 Unscrew the two screws located at the top that hold the gobo housing 2 Remove the gobo housing 3 Once the gobo housing has been removed remove the retaining ring that holds the gobo in This can easily be done using needle nose pliers 4 Remove and replace the gobo with your desired replacement Reinsert the retainer ring and make sure the ring rests firmly against the gobo 5 Slide the gobo assembly back into place and secure the housing with two screws To oom edge Lei Ko am E D Adding A Color Gel The Gobo Projector LED comes 4 colored gels These gels can be used at anytime and allows you to add background color to your gobo To add a color gel 1 Unscrew and remove the lens housing 2 Using a flat head screwdriver gently and carefully remove the retainer ring holding the lens into place 3 Remove the lens and insert your desired gel The gel should sit pefectly on the small ledge inside the housing 4 With the gel sitting perfectly
