1. OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS BATTERIES For best performance use alkaline AAA cells IMPORTANT Remove batteries during long periods of storage Remove exhausted batteries from light immediately BULB L E D REPLACEMENT Use only Princeton Tec genuine replacement bulbs To access the bulb unscrew the cone and remove the reflector assembly Pull bulb out and replace see diagram The L E D is a diode and therefore requires proper polarity to function If the unit fails to operate rotate the reflector assembly 180 O RING Occasionally clean and lightly lubricate the O ring and Lens Cap threads Use only silicone grease never use aerosol spray lubricants WARNING All plastic components are made of high impact resistant polycarbonate plastic Certain forms of aerosol sprays can cause damage and void warranty MAINTENANCE As with any outdoor equipment the light should be kept clean with soap and water Avoid getting dirt in the threads of the cone If this should occur take the light apart remove the batteries and clean the light with soap and water lubricate o ring and reassemble the light NOTE Some battery formulations can emit hydrogen gas This gas can create an explosion potential in sealed devices if it is not vented or removed The platinum catalyst in this light will remove the gas REFLECTOR LENS LED ASSEMBLY ARABATTERIES O RING Co N LIFETIME WARRANTY FULL WARRANTY Prin2. ceton Tec warrants this prod to be free from defects in workmanship and material nder normal use for as long as you own this p This warranty covers all of the component parts product except bulbs harness and batteries warranty does not cover deterioration due wear or damage due to misuse alteration negligence ccidents or unauthorized repair Princeton Tec wi repair or replace parts which are defective i workmanship or materials Your Authorized Princeton Tec Dealer and Princeto Tec are the only facilities authorized to repair ti product After 3 unsuccessful attempts to repair th product you have the right to elect replacement of th product or a refund of the purchase price less allowance for use of the product NO INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state ton Tec reserves the right to change product specifications without notice r light fails to operate follow these simple steps eck batteries Replace if necessary ct Princeton Tec customer service at 0257 9080 to request an RMA in order to send your light for repair or replacemen
