Minimum Equipment Technical Requirements L All equipment provided by the vendor shall remain the property of the vendor and shall be in good repair and within specifications All equipment supplied must be latest design and model equipment unless specifically requested by the County Our standard operating procedure is to lease all monitoring equipment to customers Consequently we acknowledge understand and support this requirement Because STOP retains ownership of all the equipment the County is assured of always having immediate access to the most current version of all hardware and software This is especially important since we routinely enhanced the functionality of our hardware and software at no additional cost to the County We also always provide the County with only the most current version of all hardware and software throughout the life of the contract Appropriate monitoring devices proposed shall be the type that are attached to each participant and easily installed in the home by the participant as well as Sarpy County Staff BLUtag is easily installed around the enrollee s ankle in a matter of minutes Installing the device does not require any special tools or extensive training The installation of BLUhome or BLUbox is simple and can be done by the enrollee or County personnel The identification device shall be comfortably worn on the ankle of the participants BLUtag is about the size of a computer mouse It is a
