DEHUMIDIFIER USER MANUAL Please read this instruction manual in FULL before operating and keep in a safe place for future reference Important Safety Instructions A a 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 DO NOT use this unit for functions other than those described in this instruction manual The dehumidifier works within the room temperature range of 1 40 C Do not operate the unit with a damaged cord or plug after it malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any way Return to an authorised service facility for examination and repair This product is intended for domestic and light office use ONLY and not for commercial industrial or outdoor use Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near by children and pets Do not run power cord under carpeting or cover with rugs or runners Never operate or store the unit in direct sunlight Transport amp store the unit in an upright position only Always place the unit on an even level surface Ensure the unit is connected to an earthed power supply of the correct rating Refer to the rating label located at the back of the unit DO NOT cover or obstruct the appliance s inlet and outlet grilles Never unplug the appliance while it is working this could damage the electronic circuits DO NOT use the appliance in a wet room such as a bathroom to avoid the risk of electrical shocks DO NOT use the appliance with w

6. rating after several minutes 2 DO NOT move the appliance while the tank is full as this can lead to water spillage and create a potential hazard 3 To remove the tank grip the tank firmly by the bottom edge and pull it out Any spillage should be dried immediately to avoid a potential hazard Lift by the handle Remove the cover Pour the water contents Refit the cover Restore the tank NOTE Clean the tank using warm water with a mild detergent Do not use solvents or abrasive materials When handling the tank due care is required to prevent damaging the float Do not attempt to remove the float An incorrectly fitted or damaged float will prevent the dehumidifier from working The FULL LED will illuminate if the tank is not fitted correctly or the float is damaged Permanent Drain Option A hose with an inner diameter of 12mm can be connected for continuous drainage 1 Oo KR W Remove the tank Using a screwdriver remove the knock out located on the back of the appliance and pass the hose through the hole Attach the hose firmly to the L shaped drain connector Connect the L shaped drain connector to the drain outlet Rotate clockwise to fix the connector into position Restore the water tank in the correct position Maintenance Cleaning the appliance Turn the appliance OFF and ensure the BS three pin plug is removed from the socket outle
7. t 2 Clean the casing using a soft damp cloth with warm water and mild detergent Do not use solvents or abrasive materials Using a soft dry cloth wipe the casing dry To avoid damage to internal parts do not pour water over or into the appliance B 1 Turn the appliance OFF and ensure the BS three pin plug is removed from the socket outlet Remove the filter located at the back of the appliance Clean the filter using clean water and allow to dry or alternatively clean using a vacuum cleaner 4 Restore the filter into the appliance N Troubleshooting The following conditions are normal 1 The fan continues to run for two minutes after the dehumidifier has been turned OFF at the control panel DO NOT attempt to remove the three pin plug from the socket outlet before the fan stops running The dehumidifier works within the room temperature range of 1 40 C Outside of this temperature range and the dehumidifier may not operate The dehumidifier includes a heater function that may increase the room temperature If the dehumidifier stops operating please check the following T 2 3 4 Is the power switched OFF or the three pin plug removed from the socket outlet Is the FULL light illuminated Is the bucket FULL or not correctly positioned Is the filter dirty Please refer to the maintenance section Are the air inlet or outlet covered If you continue to experien
