The manufacturer of the fuel ensures proper purity and required granulometers of the fuel Even though check the purity at least visually when filling the fuel bin For the same reason keep the fuel bin closed with a lid at all times 4 An annual inspection has to be conducted after every heating season see chapter 4 4 ANNUAL INSPECTION Every boiler of series KP should be annually inspected after main heating season is over This inspection is necessary to prevent any non standard conditions in the subsequent year of operation Failure to carry out an annual inspection according to the program below may be a reason for not accepting guaranty conditions by the manufacturer in the second year of service of the product User is also risking a malfunction which may cause a loss of operation assurance or significant material damage Because of the difficulty of the tasks conducted the annual inspection has to be assigned to a trained service company which will make a record about it in the boiler documentation When conducting the annual inspection proceed as follows 1 Turn off the control unit main switch and disconnect the boiler from the mains by unplugging the power cord prom the power point or disabling the power point circuit in the distributor As we will also be working inside of the boiler let the boiler cool down for 2 3 hours prior to beginning the work After the maintenance is finished plug the cord back in again and tur
