5. djust C 2 until VTVM reads 28 volts R 39 Quiescent current and R 31 balance of the push pull output stage Insert milliamperemeter in the lead to Collector T 5 Turn the volume control counterclockwise as far as possible Terminate contact 20 of the recording playback switch into 4 Ohms 2 watts Connect oscilloscope in shunt with the 4 ohms resistor Use variable resistor R 39 to adjust the quiescent current to 10 mA Short out the milliampere meter Connect audio oscillator to the terminals 1 and 2 2 chassis of the Radio Phono socket and apply a signal of 10 mV 1000 cycles Turn the volume control clockwise until a sinus wave pattern as shown in Fig 2 appears to the screen of the oscilloscope Now adjust balance of output stage with variable resistor R31 as shown in Fig 3 Turn the volume control slowly clockwise and observe that the clipping action at the top and bottom disappears simul taneously After this adjustment measure the quiescent current again If it does not lie in the region between 8 mA and 10 mA readjust it with the resistor R 39 and repeat the entire adjustment procedure Mechanical Measurement Whenever the recorder is checked always clean with pure alcohol the rubber belts and the treads of all the rotating parts of the mechanism that are driven by friction 1 Clutches a Depress Stop Key Check the friction of the clutches according to Fig 4 Nominal value 350 p 50 p b Depress Start Key and m

7. ent auf 0 dB einstellen C 1 C 2 HF Vormagnetisierung Die HF Vormagnetisierung beeinflu t den Frequenzgang des Ger tes Die unten angegebene Spannung ist ein Mittelwert die endg ltige Einstellung erfolgt nach der Messung des Frequenzganges NF R hrenvoltmeter gem Abb 1 Uber einen Spannungsteiler 100 k 1 k an den Kondensator C 1 an schlie en Ger t auf Aufnahme und auf Spur 1 bzw 4 schalten und mit dem Kondensator C 1 eine Spannung von 28 V einstellen Diese Messung ist sinngem in Stellung Aufnahme und Spur 2 bzw 3 zu wiederholen Die Einstellung von 28 V erfolgt mit dem Kondensator C 2 R39 Ruhestrom und R31 Symmetrie der Gegentakt Endstufe Milliamperemeter in die Zuleitung zum Collektor T 5 einschalten Lautst rkeregler auf linken Anschlag drehen Zwischen Kontakt 20 des Auf nahme Wiedergabeumschalters und Masse einen 4 Q 2 W Widerstand und parallel dazu einen Oszillo graphen anschlie en Mit R 39 einen Ruhestrom von 10 mA einstellen Milliamperemeter kurzschlie en Tongenerator an die Kontakte 1 und 2 2 Masse der Buchse Radio Phono e anschlie en und 10 mV 1000 Hz einspeisen Pegelregler soweit nach rechts drehen bis ein Sinus gemaB Abb 2 angezeigt wird Mit dem Regler R31 wird jetzt der Sinus auf Symmetrie gemaB Abb 3 gebracht Pegelregler langsam nach links drehen und darauf achten da die Abkappung oben und unten gleichzeitig ver schwindet Nach dieser Einstellung muB der Ruhestrom zwischen
