Warranty conditions Power electronics 1 Scope The guarantee is for the power electronics from the company DTE Systems GmbH 2 Duration 2 years from date of purchase 3 Limitations The warranty is voided if the sealed power electronics are tampered with 4 In the event of a claim In the event of a claim you will receive new power electronics Vehicle warranty 1 Scope The guarantee is in addition to the statutory warranty on repairs given by the seller The company DTE Systems GmbH gives a warranty for the engine engine management system and transmission however with a maximum compensation per claim in the case of vehicles up to 250 hp after tuning Euro 7 500 251 hp and upwards after tuning Euro 10 000 The warranty covers all damage to the parts indicated below which within the warranty period can be proven to have been caused by the power electronics of the company DTE Systems GmbH Assembly Description of parts 1 1 Engine engine block cylinder head and gasket all internal parts related to the oil circuit oil sump with oil pressure switch and oil filter housing starter and starter ring alternator with regulator 1 2 Engine of the fuel system the parts of the fuel injection pump and nozzle fuel pump turbochargers are excluded management the electronic components of the injection system except sensors and the electronic components system of the ignition system 1 3 Transmission of the manual automatic2. gearbox gearbox housing parts including all internal parts torque converter and main module for electronic gear change in automatic transmissions axle and final drive transmissions with gearbox housing including all internal parts transmission shafts the drive shafts axle drive shafts and drive joints No warranty reimbursement is provided for 1 4 Gaskets except head gasket sleeve gaskets shaft seals hoses and pipes spark and glow plugs unless their replacement is technically essential as part of indemnifiable damage to any of the parts in Assembly 1 1 1 5 Parts which are not authorized by the manufacturer 1 6 Operating and auxiliary materials such as fuel chemicals filter cartridges liquids oils greases and other lubricants unless their replacement is essential as part of indemnifiable damage to any of the parts mentioned in Assembly 1 1 17A Tuning kit installation and removal engine diagnostics troubleshooting towing costs and performance measurements 2 Conditions The following documentary proof must be provided in the event of a claim 2 1 T V registration 2 2 Compliance with the manufacturer s recommended service intervals service manual 2 3 Tampering with the power electronics will void any claims under warranty 2 4 Vehicles not older than 3 years from first registration 2 5 The original Warranty form must be in DTE Systems GmbH files and the copy from DTE Systems GmbH must be stamped Without thi
