4. as described in Section 3 3 of this manual 6 Leak test the facemask assembly using the PRO PP Mask Field Test Kit or equivalent The completed facemask shall be able hold an internal pressure of 15 20 mbar 6 8 WC with an internal pressure drop of no more than 0 5 mbar 0 2 WC in a 1 minute period Page 7 of 12 PRO PP Facemask Service Manual A47D490 Revision A 3 5 Replacing the Speech Channel Body 1 Remove speech diaphragm 4 as described in Section 3 3 of this manual 2 Using a T15 Torx screwdriver remove front cover screws 2 and place aside or discard as appropriate 3 Pull front cover 1 to remove from outer mask 6 and place aside or discard as appropriate 4 Working from OUTSIDE of facemask use thumb to firmly but carefully push speech channel body 3 towards inside of facemask Remove speech channel body 3 and place aside or discard as appropriate Working from INSIDE of facemask insert replacement speech channel body 3 into aperture in outer mask taking to ensure that speech channel body is correctly seated in aperture 7 Push front cover 1 firmly into position over front rim of speech channel body 3 ensuring that cover is correctly seated 8 Secure front cover 1 in position with screws 2 using T15 Torx screwdriver Hand tighten evenly DO NOT over tighten 9 Leak test the facemask assembly using the PRO PP Mask Field Test Kit or equivalent The completed facemask

7. move visor frame 8 from facemask Place frame and screws aside or discard as appropriate 2 Gently pull outer mask 6 from location groove in periphery of visor 7 Remove visor from facemask and discard 3 Examine replacement visor 7 to ensure correct orientation prior to fitment Visors are marked with the word UP which should be in the uppermost position when fitted to the facemask 4 Carefully align visor 7 with aperture in outer mask 6 At area adjacent to front cover 1 insert outer mask location lip into location groove in visor 5 Starting from front cover 1 work around visor periphery to insert remaining outer mask location lip into visor location groove 6 Check to ensure that outer mask location lip is correctly positioned within visor location groove Page 4 of 12 PRO PP Facemask Service Manual A47D490 Revision A 3 1 Replacing the Visor continued 7 Locate lower visor frame into position around lower half of visor taking care to ensure that location boss on frame is correctly aligned with cut out in visor 8 Position upper visor frame around upper half of visor taking care to ensure that location boss on frame is correctly aligned with cut out in visor Note that the upper frame will contain blind holes from the screws while the lower frame will have through holes for the screws Note When the visor frames are correctly positioned there will be a gap of approximately 5mm between
