5. f hren Sie die oben erw hnten Schritte nochmals durch Verschiebt sich die Klemme trotzdem wieder ziehen Sie Kapitel 5 Wartung Inspektion zu Rate Befindet sich die Last an der gew nschten Stelle ist vor dem Losmachen der Klemme daf r zu sorgen dass die Last stabil positioniert ist Anwendung der CSS hebeklemme ffnen Sie die Schraubklemme mithilfe der Gewindespindel Positionieren Sie die ganze Schraubklemme auf dem Hollandprofil so dass sich der Wulst in der Aussparung der Schraubklemme und die Flachseite des Hollandprofils an der Spindelseite befindet Schlie en Sie nun die Schraubklemme indem Sie die Gewindespindel vollst ndig handfest zudrehen Befestigen Sie die Hebelast an der Hebe se und beginnen Sie ruhig zu heben Kontrollieren Sie dabei ob sich die Schraubklemme nicht verschiebt Wenn sich die Schraubklemme verschiebt oder die Hebelast aus dem Gleichgewicht ger t kontrollieren Sie alles so wie oben aufge f hrt noch einmal Nachdem die Hebelast am Bestimmungsort angelangt ist kann der Lasthaken so weit abgesenkt werden bis die Schraubklemme vollst ndig unbelastet ist das hei t dass die Hebekette nicht mehr straff gespannt ist und die Hebe se der Schraubklemme sich v llig ungehindert bewegen kann Entfernen Sie die Hebematerial aus der Hebe se w hrend der Klemmenk rper festgehalten wird Durch das Losdrehen der Gewindespindel kann die HPSchraubklemme aus der Konstruktion gel st werden 6 Wartung Ins
