Cod 710 0096 36 00 GSA Aurora 3201 South Blvd Charlotte NC 28209 Rev 02 a 82 Pag 1 2 WWW auroracompressedalrsystems com Performance Compressed Air Systems Date 20 07 07 Filtri per aria compressa Manuale uso e manutenzione 1 Raccomandazioni per l installazione Il presente prodotto stato progettato e realizzato per il trattamento dell aria compressa Ogni filtro dotato di una targhetta identificativa indistruttibile riportante le specifiche di utilizzo del filtro i parametri di identificazione del recipiente e della cartuccia Ogni prodotto viene regolarmente collaudato prima della consegna II flusso dell aria nel filtro deve seguire sempre le frecce indicate sul corpo Montare il filtro in posizione verticale al riparo da fiamme libere urti e vibrazioni Per evitare danni alle filettature evitare di serrare eccessivamente i tubi Non superare i limiti di pressione e temperatura indicati sul filtro Non modificare il filtro senza l autorizzazione del Costruttore Prevedere attorno al filtro lo spazio necessario alle operazioni di manutenzione e sostituzione della cartuccia Il Costruttore declina ogni responsabilit per l uso improprio dell attrezzatura fornita Sar cura dell Utente provvedere allo smaltimento dell olio esausto presso gli Enti preposti in accordo con le normative vigenti in materia 2 Sostituzione della cartuccia a Depressurizzare il filtro agendo sulle valvole di by pass e sullo scaricatore2. automatico se previsto b Ruotare con cura il bicchiere in senso sinistrorso se il filtro ancora in pressione si sentir un sibilo provenire dal fischio di sicurezza in questo caso ripetere operazione a c Svitare completamente e sfilare il bicchiere dalla testa d Rimuovere con cura la cartuccia esausta dalla testa facendo girare la cartuccia stessa in senso sinistrorso per un quarto di giro e sfilandola fuori e Pulire la parte cilindrica della testa dove si innesta la cartuccia i filetti della testa e del bicchiere l interno del bicchiere f Rimontare la cartuccia sulla testa con il nuovo sistema CLICK ON in 4 fasi 1 Inserire la cartuccia 2 Ruotarla in senso sinistrorso 3 Inserirla fino in fondo 4 Ruotarla in senso destrorso fino al fissaggio facendo attenzione a non danneggiare O RING di tenuta Per evitare ci inumidire l O ring della cartuccia con un po d acqua g Rimontare il bicchiere sulla testa in modo che le etichette adesive risultino allineate verticalmente h Aprire con moderazione le valvole di intercettazione dell aria compressa per iniziare il trattamento i La cartuccia esausta deve essere smaltita come rifiuto speciale con gli Enti preposti secondo le normative vigenti Nota Si consiglia di sostituire la guarnizione OR di tenuta ad ogni sostituzione della cartuccia 3 Manutenzione progr ammata Ogni giorno Nei filtri dotati di scaricatore manuale effettuare un test di scarico condensa Og

6. struction and authorization and also take care that enough space is left around it in order to assure easy access for maintenance or element replacement Please note that the manufacturer will be not responsible for improper use of the merchandise The end user will have to dispose of the used oil contacting the proper Institution in accordance to the local standards regulating this subject 2 Filter Element Replacement a Depressurize the filter s by closing the by pass valves and opening the automatic drain if supplied b Unscrew carefully the bowl in anticlockwise direction if is pressure still present in filter the safety whistle will whistle than repeat activity under point a c Unscrew the bowl completely from the filter head and pull it off d Remove the exhausted element from the filter head to turn element in anticlockwise direction for a quarter turn and pull it down e Clean the O RING seat of the head where you insert the element the threads of the head the bowl and the inside of the bowl f Insert the new element on the filter head by NEW system KLICK ON in four steps 1 Push up 2 Turn left to stop 3 Push up to the end 4 Turn right to the end Be careful not to damage the O RING to avoid that wet O ring on element with drop of water g Screw the bowl on to the filter head again and let the arrows match vertically h Gently reopen the valves and let the air flow through the system otherwise you can damage filter
