7. rischio di schiacciamento di mani e o di piedi RICARICA BATTERIE Predisporre una zona per la ricarica della batteria interna Collocare il caricabatterie in posizione stabile Attenzione ai cavi verso la presa di rete a 220 Vac verso la presa sul transpallet Evitare che questi provochino pericolo durante la carica delle batterie Collegare caricabatterie ad una presa di corrente con tensione 220 Vac 10 prevista di un efficace polo di terra verificando che tale linea sia conforme alle norme vigenti Durante la fase di carica non si deve utilizzare il transpallet vietato l uso del transpallet con cavi connessi che potrebbero pregiudicare la sicurezza del lavoro PRESCRIZIONI DI SICUREZZA RIVOLTE Al MANUTENTORI Ogni intervento di manutenzione e di riparazione deve essere effettuato solamente da personale specializzato Prima di aprire il caricabatterie obbligatorio scollegarlo dalla rete elettrica di alimentazione ed attendere alcuni minuti prima di intervenire sui componenti interni Anche per un intervento sulle parti elettriche del transpallet necessario scollegare le batterie dall impianto Attenzione ai cortocircuiti sui poli delle batterie per il pericolo di bruciature scintille e surriscaldamento delle batterie e dei cavi di connessione MANUALE D USO E MANUTENZIONE Revisione 10 Transpallet PTM N PTM N Inox COLLAUDO CONSEGNA E INSTALLAZIONE CAPITOLO 4 CAPITOLO COLLAUDO CONSE

BILANCIAI A r l CONTROLLI EFFETTUATI NEGLI STABILIMENTI DELLA COOP BILANCIAI transpallet da Voi acquistato ha subito presso nostri stabilimenti diversi collaudi e controlli per effettuarne la corretta messa a punto nel suo complesso piattaforma terminale elettronico nel rispetto delle normative metriche CONTROLLI PERIODICI Eseguire costanti controlli seguendo le scadenze riportate Prima di ogni turno di lavoro L operatore dovr verificare la sicurezza operativa mediante controlli visivi e funzionali controllo visivo essere superato positivamente qualora le forche non presentino danni visibili non siano ricurve o fortemente usurate e non presentino crepe o fessure leruote di direzione e le ruote anteriori non siano danneggiate Ogni settimana di lavoro controllare il livello dell olio idraulico nel cilindro di sollevamento controllare il serraggio della bulloneria controllare le eventuali perdite d olio del gruppo di sollevamento PULIZIA Pulizia generale della macchina Non utilizzare mai come detergenti benzina solventi o altri liquidi infiammabili Impiegare invece un detergente non corrosivo e non tossico Nonlavare la macchina con un getto d acqua per non rischiare di danneggiare i componenti elettrici ed elettronici prodotti di scarto dopo la manutenzione e la pulizia devono essere smaltiti secondo le norme vigenti INGRASSAGGIO La macc

St40 fig 1 Controllo livello olio LUNGA INATTIVIT In caso di lunga inattivit del transpallet necessario effettuare un accurata pulizia della macchina ingrassare le parti che potrebbero ossidarsi proteggere il transpallet dalla polvere o qualsiasi agente atmosferico con un telo di nylon o simile ogni 2 mesi almeno ricaricare le batterie 8 4 Pacma MANUALE D USO E MANUTENZIONE C REVISIONE 10 Transpallet PTM N PTM N inox MANUTENZIONE CAPITOLO 8 ROTTAMAZIONE In base alle direttive comunitarie o alle leggi in vigore nel paese di utilizzo della macchina l utilizzatore che dovr occuparsi dello smontaggio e della eliminazione dei componenti della macchina Smontare la macchina differenziando i componenti base al materiale di cui sono costituiti Rivolgersi quindi ad idonee imprese autorizzate allo smaltimento di tali rifiuti nel rispetto delle leggi vigenti localmente In particolare non disperdere nell ambiente l olio esausto contenuto nella pompa idraulica FUSIBILE PROTEZIONE BATTERIE Per la sostituzione del fusibile di protezione batterie procedere come segue Spegnereil terminale Svitare le 4 viti A del carter anteriore Spegnere la stampante Accedere al fusibile B Sostituirlo con un pari valore F5A250V Riaccendere il terminale Riaccendere la stampante Fissare le 4 viti Dopo la sotituzione effettuare una ricarica completa delle batterie
