Perform frequent checks in case of applications in which oil leaks may contaminate the product or cause other damage If necessary fit additional housings or use lubricants for the food industry Die Montage der Getriebe in einer Einbaulage der von der in der Bestellung angegeben Position abweicht kann zu einer schnellen Beschadigung der inneren Bestandteile f hren Im Fall der bereits mit OI gef llten und mit Olschraube ausge statteten Getriebe muss die obere geschlossene Verschluss schraube durch den mitgelieferten Entl ftungsschraube ersetzt werden Bei Getriebemotoren die nahe an Verkleidungsteilen angeord net sind muss es berpr ft werden dass auf der Seite des Motorl fterrads ein ausreichender Luftfluss f r die korrekte K hlung der Einheit gewahrleistet ist Die Getriebe sowie die Getriebemotoren m ssen vor Witte rungseinfl ssen und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung gesch tzt werden dabei muss f r die Bel ftung und die Inspektion ein angemessener Freiraum gew hrleistet werden Uberprufen dass die Drehrichtung der in der Bestellung angeforderten Richtung entspricht Die Befestigungsflachen sorgf ltig reinigen dabei ggf Lac kreste entfernen und die perfekte Ebenheit und Festigkeit berpr fen Sich dar ber vergewissern dass die Befestigung stabil ist um das Entstehen von Schwingungen zu verhindern die zu hohen Gerauschpegeln zu dem Lockern der Schrauben und zu m g lichen Erm dungsbr chen
