Stahlwolle schr g ab und bringen Sie sie ordentlich an der Stirnseite der Walze an Halten Sie die Stahlwolle beim Aufwickeln immer ganz straff Den Jutebezug genau parallel zur Walze auflegen und ganz aufwickeln Die Tempe ratur am Thermostat auf 100 C einstellen und die Walze etwa 10 Minuten lang in Be trieb lassen bis die erste Lage der Bewick lung gutsitzt Warten Sie bis die Temperatur unter 50 C sinkt Heben Sie dann den Rand des Jutebezugs etwa 10cm hochund schieben Sie die Flanellbewicklung ganz parallel da runter N hern Sie die Mulde an die Walze an und wickeln Sie die Flanellbewicklung ganz auf die Walze auf Heben Sie nun die Mulde wieder ab Heben Sie den Rand der Flanellbewicklung etwa 10 cm hoch und schieben Sie den Spannbezugmitder schm leren Seite sorgf ltig darunter Legen Sie den Spannbezug so auf die Walze da auf beiden Seiten genau gleich viel Stoff ber h ngt Die B nder m ssen seitlich zu liegen kommen und die N hte m ssen nach unten schauen Lassen Sie die Walze einige Minu ten in Betrieb bis die ganze Bespannung gut sitzt Die B nder leicht festziehen so da sich der Spannbezug gut an den beiden Stirn seiten der B gelwalze anlegt Die B nder zuschn ren und unter den Rand des Spann bezugs schieben Bei der Ausf hrung mit Absaugung und Verkleidung mit Lamellenverkleidung mu vor Auswechseln der Walzenbespannung erst die W scheentnahmevorrichtung entfernt werden um bequem arbe
