1. ITALIANO ENGLISH 1 Installare le valvole Dopo aver liberato le tubazioni installare la valvola sul collettore tramite un adattatore o un nipplo Le versioni a saldare con solvente possono essere fissate direttamente al collettore tramite cemento solvente standard per PVC Per le versioni con attacco filettato per tubazioni occorre applicare abbondante nastro frenafiletti alle filettature Non stringere eccessivamente Non utilizzare mastice per raccordi tubolari Tenere presente la direzione del flusso indicata dalle frecce 2 Collegare le tubazioni d irrigazione Collegare le tubazioni d irrigazione alla valvola tramite un adattatore o un nipplo Le versioni a saldare con solvente possono essere fissate direttamente alla tubazione tramite cemento solvente standard per PVC L uso di raccordi all ingresso e all uscita delle singole valvole facilita la manutenzione delle valvole stesse 3 Cablaggio Dopo aver tolto l alimentazione all impianto collegare le valvole ad un timer Hydro Rain od altro modello che utilizzi come alimentatore un trasformatore di classe 2 a 24 volt omologato UL Utilizzare un cavo d irrigazione multifilare e multicolore rivestito Il cavo deve avere almeno un filo in pi rispetto al numero di valvole del collettore Interrare e stendere il cavo fino alle valvole Nelle zone in cui viene praticata spesso la vangatura si raccomanda d interrare Il filo all interno d un tubo di protezione PVC 4 Coll2. 5 Close the sprinkler valves Make sure the Lifter for internal manual bleed is rotated clockwise to the closed position If equipped the flow control stem should be in the fully open counter clockwise position 6 Test the system After all pipe and fittings have been installed allowing suf ficient time for PVC glued joints to dry 24 hours turn the water supply on and check for leaks with the valves closed The valves may come on momentarily while initially pressurizing the line but will shut off in a few moments 7 0pen valves Turn internal manual bleed lifter up counter clockwise to manually open the valve Check the downstream pipe and fittings for leaks Now close the lifter The valve will shut off in a few moments The system IS now ready to be controlled electrically from the timer or manually by opening the internal manual bleed lifter Caution Frequent manual operation of the valve using the internal manual bleed lifter is not recommended This type of manual operation is for trouble shooting and occasional use 8 Adjusting the flow control If equipped The optional flow control stem can be adjusted to control the water flow or output pressure from the valve This is especially useful when the valve is used for watering flowers shrubs or garden areas Adjust the flow control stem top of the valve clockwise to restrict flow counter clockwise to increase the flow NOTE The flow control stem is not a po

5. correttamente includendo nella verifica transformatore fusibile o pulsante di reset e programmazione Chiudere l acqua Smontare il solenoide Infilare un filo o un fermaglio abbastanza grosso nel foro manovrando in modo da eliminare gli eventuali corpi estranei Verificare che il pistoncino e l O ring siano al loro posto prima di rimontare il solenoide sulla valvola 3 Chiudere l acqua Svitare il solenoide e sostituirlo con uno preso da una valvola funzionante Se la valvola funziona significa che difettoso il solenoide e dev essere sostituito Prima d installare il nuovo solenoide verificare che il pistoncino e l O ring siano al loro posto 4 Chiudere l acqua Smontare il solenoide ed eliminare la sabbia ed i corpi estranei Verificare che il pistoncino e l O ring siano al loro posto prima di rimontare il solenoide sulla valvola N 01 Chiudere l acqua Togliere il coperchio e verificare che la membrana non sia lacerata Se la membrana lacerata o se manca il decarbonatore sostituire la membrana LA VALVOLA NON SI CHIUDE CONTOLLARE SE SOLUZIONE 1 La valvola installata correttamente 2 La valvolina di sfiato manuale in posizione aperta 3 Il pistoncino del solenoide bloccato 4 Presenza di sassi o corpi estranei tra la guarnizione e la sede valvola 01 Il bypass della membrana intasato 1 Verificare che le frecce siano rivolte nella direzione del flusso dell acqua N Ver
6. egare il cavo Collegare una fase ed il neutro rispettivamente ai due fili del solenoide Non importante quale dei due viene utilizzato come neutro Collegare i fili colorati al terminale di zona corrispondente nel timer ed il neutro all apposito morsetto nel timer Per distanze inferiori ai 240 metri utilizzare un cavo d irrigazione di tipo standard sezione 20 mentre per distanze superiori ai 240 metri il cavo dev essere di sezione 18 In corrispondenza dei singoli attacchi valvola utilizzare un cappuccio anticorrosione lubrificato Hydro Rain ed un cappuccio di protezione vedere sotto l assieme collettore Provvedere inoltre all ermetizzazione delle eventuali giunzioni del cavo 5 Chiudere le valvole d irrigazione Ruotare la leva la vite manuale di spurgo in senso antiorario per aprire manualmente la valvola Chiudere quindi la leva la vite manuale di spurgo per la chiusura della valvola lo stelo di comando del flusso si trovi in posizione completamenta aperta rotazione in senso antiorario 6 Verificare l impianto Dopo aver installato le tubazioni e tutti gli accessori ed aver lasciato asciugare a fondo le giunzioni PVC incollate per 24 ore aprire l alimentazione dell acqua e verificare che non vi siano perdite nella tubazione a valvole chiuse Quando la tubazione viene messa inizialmente in pressione le valvole possono entrare in funzione per alcuni istanti per richiudersi subito dopo 7 Aprire le valvole Svitare l
