10. 4 1 FOR A CORRECT INSTALLATION Easy to be installed this apparatus can be assembled by ONE ADULT PERSON in about Y HOUR carefully reading and correctly following the instructions indicated in the manual 4 2 POSITIONING Position the cartridge filter outside the pool at least at 3 5m from its edge 4 3 USE AND REGULATION The filter is connected to a centrifugal pump making the water circulate inside the filter through a filtering cartridge Before starting the filter be sure that the followings are respected e Minimum distance from the pool edge 3 5m e The filter must be placed in a dry well drained and easily accessible position possibly shadowed naturally or artificially in order to avoid the pump to overheat e Verify that the filter inlet A see fig 4 is in a lower position than the water level water must reach the pump via natural fall e lfthe pump ran dry without water the functioning of the filter would be compromised warranty not valid in this case IMPORTANT The filtering system is not self priming It is mandatory to prime the pump each time it is switched on following the indications carried in point 5 Check there is always water inside the pump and in both pipes If there is air inside the pump repeat the whole process of priming 4 4 HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE FILTER To correctly assemble the filter follow the described process 1 Place the cartridge 1 in the filter body 2 2 Insert the cartridge p

15. a sempre acqua in aspirazione e mandata In caso di presenza di aria all interno della pompa ripetere l innesco 4 4 COLLEGAMENTI a Mettere i due pezzi di tubo nell acqua calda per 30 secondi per facilitare l inserimento e la chiusura b Fissare un tubo all aspirazione 2 del filtro con una fascetta metallica c Fissare un tubo alla mandata 6 del filtro con una fascetta metallica d A questo punto si possono presentare due casi Piscina NON dotata di accessori Piscina dotata di accessori e Sela piscina NON dotata di alcun accessorio gruppo filtrante a immersione e bocchette generalmente con vasche di altezza inferiore a 0 85 m sufficiente far passare i tubi di aspirazione 2 e di mandata 6 della pompa sopra il bordo della piscina ATTENZIONE per evitare che i tubi escano dall acqua si consiglia di legare un peso alle estremit es un sasso Fare riferimento a quanto indicato al punto 5 per avviare il filtro e Nel caso in cui la piscina sia dotata di bocchette e gruppo filtrante a immersione Collegare il tubo di mandata della pompa 6 alla bocchetta di entrata in piscina Collegare il tubo di aspirazione della pompa 2 allo skimmer o alla bocchetta di uscita per il montaggio dello skimmer e delle bocchette vedere l apposito manuale Accertarsi che il livello dell acqua all interno della piscina sia superiore all altezza del filtro per permettere l innesco automatico 5 INNESCO DELLA POMPA a Per inn

17. escare la pompa individuare innanzitutto i tubi di aspirazione e mandata contrassegnati con IN e OUT b Prendere un normale tubo da irrigazione e inserirlo all estremit del tubo di mandata 6 immerso nell acqua quindi aprire l acqua Fig 2 c Facendo attenzione che il tubo di aspirazione sia sempre rimasto immerso in acqua durante la fase di riempimento del tubo di mandata rimuovere il tubo di irrigazione solo quando si certi che dal tubo di aspirazione esce acqua d Collegare la spina del gruppo filtrante a una presa con messa a terra e azionare la pompa A questo ounto il filtro dovrebbe avviarsi Se dal filtro esce molta aria controllare l installazione e accertarsi che non ci sia un aspirazione d aria 6 AVVIAMENTO E FUNZIONAMENTO DEL FILTRO Una volta estratto il tubo di irrigazione il motore avviato e la pompa comincia a aspirare l acqua dal tubo di aspirazione 2 e Se la pompa non parte staccare immediatamente la spina e verificare l impianto elettrico e Se si dovesse notare una continua uscita di bolle d aria dal filtro capovolgere lo stesso alcune volte per facilitare la totale eliminazione dell aria al suo interno Per evitare perdite di carico la pompa dovr essere posizionata il piu vicino possibile alla piscina rispettando per una distanza minima di 3 5m La pompa deve essere sempre piena d acqua Funzionando in continuo essa non deve mai aspirare aria In caso contrario si ferma e nece
