Anheben Warnung Klemm Quetschgefahr Um Verletzungen zu vermeiden darf ein Ger t nur mit der richtigen Hebetechnik angehoben werden Kontrollieren Sie ob alle Hebevorrichtungen und werkzeuge frei von M ngeln und f r das Gewicht des Ger ts zugelassen sind Unter dem Elektromotor und der Pumpe hindurchf hren um Verletzungen zu vermeiden Hebegurte Montage A Parker empfiehlt die Niederdruckpumpe QPM3 horizontal in den F en des Elektromotors am Fundament zu installieren Die Pumpe kann in beliebiger Position in Schritten von 90 Grad im Verh ltnis zum Elektromotor montiert werden Der beste Pumpeffekt wird erzielt wenn die Pumpe unterhalb des Olpegels des Tanks max 5 m und so nah wie m glich am Tank platziert wird Wird das Ger t oberhalo des Tank lpegels montiert ist auf eine m glichst geringe H hendifferenz zu achten Den Elektromotor so platzieren dass ein guter Luftdurchsatz erreicht wird Im Abstand von 1 m kann der Schalldruckpegel unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen bis zu 65 67 dB A LpA betragen Eine ung nstige Aufstellung oder der Betrieb unter extremen Be dingungen kann zu einem erh hten Schalldruckpegel f hren Vorsicht Verletzungsgefahr Sicherstellen dass al Bauteile der Pumpe ordnungsgem festsitzen lanschluss A Eintritt B Austritt Die max zul ssige ltemperatur betr gt 100 C Der Durchmesser der Eintrittsleitung muss mindestens genauso gro sein
