FUNCTIONING EVERLUX POWER DARDO devices are designed to function together with a DARDO control unit to signal any faults using a multicolour LED following tests The duration of the functional and duration tests can be set using the control unit connected to the KIT see the specific instructions Once installation is complete and the device is connected to the mains power supply a minimum of 14 hours uninterrupted connection to the mains power is required for startup and to enable the internal counters lf the mains power supply is interrupted after 8 minutes the lamp is switched OFF and all counters are zeroed This means that the lamps can be tested and synchronised by definitively supplying power to all the lamps at the end of all operations lf the battery is replaced the consequent continuous 14 hour power supply causes another startup operation SIGNALS The multicolour LED provides the following signals only in the presence of a mains power supply Fixed green LED normal functioning Flashing green LED test in progress Fixed red LED faulty or disconnected battery Flashing red LED faulty lamp The current absorbed by the battery is controlled during each functioning Any values outside the limits trigger a fault warning RED LED FLASHING but functioning continues The FLASHING RED LED is switched OFF when the failed test is repeated and successfully completed The RED LED ON is switched OFF when the battery is replaced
