16. 4 641 1666 El INSTALLATION AND CONTROLS The M128 Series pump is designed to automatically meter solution proportional to flow at a rate of 1 ounce of solution to 128 ounces of process water The pump is pre set at the factory to work with a specific tube size the tube size can t changed The 5 model 15 pre set with a 5 tube and the MO7 model is pre set with a 7 tube The pump can be adjusted to work with a dry contact water meter with pulse rates of 1 PPG 2 PPG 4 PPG 10 PPG or 1 PPL The 10 PPG pulse setting is only for the MO 7 model which uses a 7 tube PULSE DIAL To adjust the pulse rate always start at the STBY position then turn the pulse dial counterclockwise to the desired setting The line on the dial will align with the line for the selected pulse rate on the label and the dial will click into position When the pulse dial is put in the standby position STBY the pump will not run when it receives a dry contact from the water meter However the signal repeater will continue to function in the STBY mode PRIME BUTTON Fully depress the prime button to run the pump to prime the pump or replace the tube When the prime button is released the pump returns to automatic operation based on a dry contact input signal from a water meter or controller If the prime button is held continuously for more than a minute the pump will go into a safety shutdown Releasing the prime button resets the safet
