52. r viter toute d t rioration Une fois mis point les outils et le m canisme l vateur suffisant on commence le montage TOUT LE MAT RIEL QUI EST ENDOMMAG DOIT TRE REMPLAC PENDANT LE MONTAGE Avant de commencer le montage il convient de rappeler que TOUTES NOS POMPES TOURNENT GAUCHE lorsqu on regarde au dessus de l arbre c est dire dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d une montre comme l indique la fl che sur la t te de pompe On commencera le montage en fixant les colliers de serrage en bois 8 sur la partie sup rieure du corps de pompe et en fixant sur la bride sup rieure des agrafes m talliques 5 Hisser la pompe et l introduire dans le puits jusqu ce que les colliers de bois 8 reposent entre les deux poutrelles 6 d appui qui auront au pr alable t fix es avec soin en v rifiant leur parall lisme et leur niveau Lib rer les agrafes 5 et les placer sur la bride d un tube ext rieur 4 de la colonne Visser le manchon 1 sur l arbre de la pompe 2 puis ensuite le premier arbre de colonne On n utilisera aucun joint sur les parties planes des brides mais on les enduira d un produit sp ciale par exemple p te herm tique Puis on vissera le premier tube 4 sur la pompe 7 Une fois cette op ration effectu e on soul vera l g rement l ensemble afin de retirer les colliers de montage 8 du corps de la pompe Puis on les replacera sous la bride sup rieure du tube en laissant un espace su
