8. el hormig n horizontalmente El vibrador se introduce verticalmente a intervalos regulares separados de unos a otros una distancia de 8 a 10 veces el di metro del vibrador consultar el radio de acci n Mirar al hormig n cuando se vibra para determinar el campo de acci n del vibrador El campo de acci n de cada punto de vibraci n se debe solapar para evitar zonas sin vibrar La aguja debe penetrar unos 10 cm en la capa anterior para asegurar una buena adhesi n entre las diferentes capas Entre cada capa no deber transcurrir mucho tiempo para evitar juntas fr as No forzar o empujar el vibrador dentro del hormig n este podr a quedar atrapado en el refuerzo 5 El tiempo de vibrado en cada punto depender del tipo de hormig n tama o del vibrador y otros factores Este tiempo de vibrado puede oscilar entre 5 y 15 segundos El tiempo es m s corto para consistencias fluidas en estas mezclas un vibrado en exceso puede producir segregaci n Un exceso de vibrado podr a llegar a producir disgregaci n Se considerar el hormig n bien vibrado cuando la superficie se vuelve compacta y brillante y dejan de salir burbujas de aire tambi n se nota un cambio en el ruido que produce el vibrador Muchos defectos en estructuras son debidos a una ejecuci n de la operaci n de vibrado de forma desordenada y con prisas 6 No se deber presionar el vibrador contra armaduras o encofrados Mantener una distancia de 7 cm como m nimo de las paredes
