C pour effectuer l op ration en toute s curit et rendre impossible Pactivation de la fraise 2 Mettre les cl s d ajustage sur les taux ill avec chancrure en V tourn e vers la fraise et le palpeur et op rer comme suit a s assurer que les faces d appui adh rent bien aux taux et aux talons K parfaitement en contact avec les cales b pour amener les talons en contact avec les cl s tourner le tambour R vers soi et vice versa pour les mettre en position de repos le chariot ne se d satt le que si les talons sont en position de repos 3 D solidariser le chariot en abaissant la poign e V et appuyer fond sur le bouton Q ill 9 page 13 4 Mettre les cl s d ajustage avec l chancrure en V en contact avec la fraise A du palpeur B 5 Tourner manuellement la fraise dans le sens contraire du sens de marche jusqu ce qu on ait effectu un tour complet 6 Contr ler que la fraise effleure les deux c t s de l chancrure en V 7 R gler si n cessaire le palpeur microm trique comme suit a desserrer la vis J1 pour faire bouger le palpeur ill 14 b D placer le support du palpeur lat ralement B1 en serrant ou en desserrant la vis B2 c bloquer a fond sans forcer la vis J1 apr s avoir contr l l effleurement correct point 5 8 Abaisser le chariot avec la manette V l attelage sera automatique 9 Enlever les cl s d ajustage la cl d ajustage grav e a r p tition par la f

Z Remove the cap Z2 from the new condenser Remove the cap from the old condenser and detach the connectors 1 and 2 from the old condenser to connect them to the new one paying attention to their positions Replace the cap Z2 on the new condenser Replace the bottom safety plate fix with the 7 screws W and 2 feet fig 26 page 21 Fit the swarf tray oof 0 3 Fig 28 22 Copyright Silca 2010 Operating manual English 7 10 Replacing the microswitch 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Turn the machine off and unplug it Release the carriage and leave it in the working position towards the tracer point Remove the bottom panel ch 7 7 page 21 Loosen the nut Q1 and remove the microswitch fig 29 Detach the connectors 1 2 and 3 paying attention to their positions Fit the new microswitch into the seat of the previous one and secure with the nut Q1 Connect the connectors 1 2 and 3 Raise and lower the carriage to check that the microswitch works properly click BRAVO III with EZ Jaw Replace the bottom safety plate and secure with the 7 screws W and 2 feet W1 fig 26 page 21 Fit the swarf tray Fig 29 Copyright Silca 2010 23 BRAVO III with EZ Jaw Operating manual English 7 11 Replacing the switch and or push button 1 Turn the machine off and unplug it 2 Loosen the 2 screws H1 on the cutter cover H and remove

10. nicas bru idas as actuando se previene la oxidaci n de las partes en objeto mordazas gu as carros Antes de empezar cualquier clase de manutenci n controles sustituciones etc lea atenta y detenidamente las advertencias siguientes e no efect e ninguna operaci n de manutenci n mientras la m quina est en funcionamiento e siempre que efect e alguna operaci n de manutenci n no se olvide desconectar el cable de suministro de corriente e siga escrupulosamente las indicaciones del manual e utilice tan s lo piezas de repuesto originales e siempre que empiece alguna operaci n de cifrado aseg rese de que tornillos y tuercas estan cerrados correctamente 7 1 Operaciones previas Para una correcta manutenci n corriente de la duplicadora BRAVO III with EZ Jaw le aconsejamos que se atenga al procedimiento que se detalla a continuaci n Apague el interruptor general C fig 5 p g 6 e Desconecte de la red el cable de suministro de corriente e Sujete el carro el caso de que la manutenci n se refiera a alguna de sus partes o a las piezas con las que el mismo se pone en contacto fresa y palpador 7 2 Sustituci n de la fresa Para substituir la fresa cuando est desgastada obre de la manera siguiente 1 Apagar la m quina y desconectar el cable de alimentaci n 2 Quite la protecci n de la fresa H despu s de quitar el tornillo que la sujeta H1 fig 20 3 Introduzca la barra de sujeci n en la cavi
11. vierge devra tre contr l e r guli rement et remplac e si n cessaire ll faut contr ler l talonnage chaque changement de fraise mais aussi intervalles r guliers quand on contr le le fonctionnement g n ral 5 9 Etalonnage L talonnage est une op ration qu il faudra effectuer chaque fois qu il faudra donner des param tres de r f rence une machine qui est en passe de devenir op rationnelle La machine tailler BRAVO III with EZ Jaw exige deux types d talonnages de la profondeur et axial ETALONNAGE DE LA PROFONDEUR Par l expression talonnage de la profondeur on entend le r glage de la profondeur de taille ill 12 page 15 pour la r aliser proc der comme suit 1 tendre l interrupteur g n ral C pour ex cuter l op ration en toute s curit et rendre impossible Pactivation de la fraise 2 Placer les cl s d ajustage fournies avec la machine sur les taux ill avec l chancrure en V tourn e vers la fraise et op rer comme suit a s assurer que les faces d appui adh rent bien aux taux et aux talons K parfaitement en contact avec les cales b pour que les talons soient en contact avec les cl s faire turner le tambour R vers soi vice versa pour les amener en position de repos ATTENTION le chariot ne se d satt le que si les talons sont en position de repos 3 D solidariser le chariot en abaissant la poign e V et appuyer fond sur le bouton Q ill 9 page 13 4

Motor de 1 velocidades V Manilla del carro 6 Copyright Silca 2010 Manual de instrucciones Espa ol BRAVO llI with EZ Jaw 3 DESCRIPCION DE LA MAQUINA BRAVO III with EZ Jaw es una duplicadora profesional de llaves planas para cerraduras de cilindro para puertas y veh culos y de llaves en cruz La m quina est constituida por las piezas principales que se detallan a continuaci n TABLERO DE CONTROL En la parte izquierda de la duplicadora BRAVO III with EZ Jaw est colocado el panel de control con 2 mandos el interruptor general de la m quina C el interruptor para la puesta en marcha del motor P y el pulsador del cepillo M fig 5 p g 6 MOTOR Y GRUPO TRANSMISION El motor U se encuentra en la parte trasera de la duplicadora BRAVO III with EZ Jaw por debajo del c rter central La velocidad del motor es ideal para las caracter sticas de los materiales a cortar A la derecha del motor se encuentra el bloque de transmisi n que por medio de la correa cubierta por la protecci n T pone en movimiento el cepillo I y la fresa A e GRUPO MOVIL El grupo m vil D formado por las mordazas est montado sobre un carro de movimientos horizontales controlado por la palanca L y dotado de una manilla V en cuyo extremo est colocado el pulsador de desenganche del carro Q La puesta en movimiento del carro mediante doble rbol sobre cojinetes posibilita un elevado nivel de precisi n de movimientos lo que hace
