LE SMARTFLEX is compatible with all the products of the Lines STABILE suitable for conveying combustion flue gases with a temperature which does not exceed 120 C Type C condensing boilers Installation instructions The components of the flue system STABILE SMARTFLEX shall be installed only by high skilled workmen in compliance with the current regulations 2 Before any operation we recommend to unplug the appliance refer to the manual of the appliance 3 Before any kind of installation make sure that the product designation marked on the label of the item is suitable for the type of installation to perform 4 After verifying through a video inspection the structural integrity the lack of slag soot inside the chimney flue to reline proceed with the installation The chimney flue hosting the duct shall be for the exclusive use of the system STABILE SMARTFLEX and shall meet the requirements prescribed in the designation with reference L1 The installation shall be done from the top downwards by inserting the hose with the aid of a cable be particularly careful that possible protrusions or sharp edges do not damage the hose 5 During the relining of the chimney flue position the centering fixing bands PSFC 70 PSFC 72 and an inspection element PAEI 83 after every shift 6 For the relining of the chimney flue always refer to the Standards UNI 10845 and UNI 11071 7 Install the elements keeping the female side upwa

10. ttrica dell apparecchio 3 Accertarsi prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo di installazione che la designazione di prodotto presente sull etichetta prodotto o scatola o stampata sul tubo flessibile sia idonea al tipo di installazione da effettuare 4 Dopo aver verificato tramite videoispezione l integrit strutturale la mancanza di scorie o fuliggine del camino canna fumaria da intubare procedere con l installazione Il camino canna fumaria che riceve il condotto dovr essere ad uso esclusivo del sistema STABILE SMARTFLEX stesso e dovr rispondere ai requisiti prescritti in designazione con riferimento L1 La posa dovr avvenire dall alto verso il basso inserendo la tubazione con l aiuto di un cavo prestare particolare attenzione affinch eventuali sporgenze o spigoli vivi non danneggino la tubazione stessa 5 Durante la fase di intubamento del camino canna fumaria posizionare sul tubo le fascette di centraggio bloccaggio PSFC 70 PSFC 72 ed eventuali elementi di ispezione PAEI 83 dopo ogni cambio di direzione 6 Per l intubamento del camino canna fumaria fare sempre riferimento alle Norme UNI 10845 e UNI 11071 7 Installare gli elementi mantenendo la femmina verso l alto 8 Assemblare gli elementi accertandosi che la guarnizione in EPDM rimanga nella sua sede e che non venga danneggiata durante l assemblaggio Se necessario lubrificare con scivolante spray AC SCISP il maschio prima dell inserimento nella femmina 9 P
