ELE aple Instruction For Use ming DISPOSABLE BIOPSY EN FORCEPS FEE pel 1 Intended Use Disposable Biopsy Forceps are used for taking out biopsy specimens tissues samples from the human body through endoscopes 2 Product Description The device is composed by a jaw in different shapes and sizes a spiral spring hose in different lengths and diameters and an operating handle 3 Advices before first application Please read carefully and follow all safety operating instructions and warnings before first application of the device A previous knowledge regarding handling and operation is required and essential Unpack the instrument carefully and examine the devices for any possibility of damage In case of any damage or missing items contact your distributor immediately amp If the package present any damaged the sterility of the device is not guarantee 4 Handling and Operation The biopsy forceps must be passed through the endoscope operating channel with its cups closed Please observe compatibility between the biopsy forceps and the endoscope operating channel diameter 5 Procedure Approach the biopsy forceps near to the tissue lesion to be taken from the patient s body Open the cups by pushing the plastic spool at the handle Place the forceps on the tissue and take the sample gently by pulling back the plastic spool this maneuver will close the forceps cups Keep the forceps cups2.
