7. premendo i tasti 4 e 5 e impostare zero come angolo obbiettivo La scritta No SET appare sull angolo in alto a sinistra del display Ho SET MAR 000 ANGLE 000 8 questo punto possibile operare leggendo direttamente il valore dell an golo sul display ANGLE Per azzerare il valore ed intraprendere una nuova misura premete il tasto 2 zero Segnalazione batteria scarica Quando le batterie scendono sotto la tensione minima sul display appare la scritta Battery low press Zero SW Premendo il tasto 2 zero pos sibile effettuare ancora qualche misurazione finch lo strumento non si spe gne definitivamente Quando appare questo messaggio si consiglia di sostituire le batterie ap pena possibile Battery low Press Zero SM Sostituzione delle batterie Per la sostituzione delle batterie aprire lo sportello del vano batterie 8 posto sul retro svitando la vite 9 Inserire le nuove batterie facendo attenzione alla polarit in inserimento Chiudere il coperchio del vano batterie ed avvitare la vite di blocco 9 Note di funzionamento Lo strumento misura l angolo di rotazione sull asse della prolunga rispetto ad un proprio sistema di riferimento interno Per evitare errori nei serraggi nel caso si operi su motori o organi meccanici staffati su cavalletti molto importante che il cavalletto non si muova durante il serraggio Per resettare completamente lo strumento togliere le batterie per a
8. tasto 3 on off per accendere lo strumento Sul display appare la scritta BETA 601 Wait don t move Lasciare lo strumento fermo per qualche secondo permettendo cosi al sensore interno di effettuare la procedura di calibrazione BETA 601 Wait don t move 2 Una volta terminata la calibrazione iniziale sul display appare la schermata principale SET 698 MAKI 000 AHGLE 000 A 3 Utilizzando i tasti 4 e 5 e impostare I angolo da raggiungere SET min 1 max 999 Posizionare lo strumento con gli accessori necessari sulla vite da serrare Premere il tasto 2 zero per iniziare la misura dell angolo Durante il serraggio i led verdi 7 inizieranno a lampeggiare ed il buzzer 11 emette un segnale intermittente a partire dall 80 dell angolo impostato Quando l angolo impostato viene raggiunto il buzzer emette un segnale acustico continuo per 3 secondi ed i led rossi restano accesi in modo stabile Prima di rimuovere lo strumento dalla vite possibile leggere sul display il valore reale dell angolo massimo raggiunto MAX 7 Per effettuare un nuovo serraggio posizionare lo strumento sulla vite successiva e premere il tasto 2 zero Una volta spenti i led rossi e possibile procedere con il serraggio Oak Serraggio senza allarme impostato Per effettuare serraggi senza impostare un particolare valore come angolo obbiettivo procedere come precedentemente illustrato fino al punto 2 quindi
