6. 7 ABSTRACT The Marvelio TP4000 series TP4030 300DPD and TP4060 600DPD are the label printers simultaneously developed as the new platform under the concepts of usability and hassle free TP4030 300DPT is characterized by high speed printing and high throughput while TP4060 600DPU achieves high print quahty and highly accurate print position Their chief characteristics are as follows 1 achieved a high print quality through 600dpi high resolution and a newly developed ribbon control 2 realized printing on 3mm high labels and peeling 5mm labels by the 1200dpi paper feed control 3 Realized 3 times higher printing performance through USB2 0 HighSpeed and 300mm sec high speed printing than the existing prlnters 4 In spite of being a general purpose PrintingSystem reliable printing control is realized through bidirectional communication capability and status monitor APls Windows version Windows supported Mac UNIX and Linux will be supported subsequently 5 Pop up print unit makes it easy to replace the paper as well as ink ribbons 6 Easy to replace expendable thermal heads as well as the platen roller without tools 7 Trouble recovery operation is easy with a large LCD panel and the printer status display MEISSA P
