Pr fen Sie dass das Bands geband 25 frei l uft und den Tisch nicht be r hrt Bands geband spannen Fig 10 ACHTUNG L sen Sie die Spannung vom Bands geband wenn die Maschine l ngere Zeit nicht benutzt wird Vergessen Sie NIE vor Inbetriebnahme das Band erneut zu spannen 7 4 Drehen Sie das Festziehrad 9 im Uhr zeigersinn um das Bands geband 25 zu spannen Die korrekte Bandspannung kann fol genderma en ermittelt werden Dr cken Sie in der Mitte mit einem Finger seitlich gegen das Bands geband das Band sollte max 1 2mm nachgeben ACHTUNG Das Bands geband rei t wenn es zu stark gespannt ist Verlet zungsgefahr Wenn die Bandspannung zu niedrig ist dreht zwar das Bands gelaufrad 7 aber das Band l uft nicht Bands geband einstellen ACHTUNG Das Bands geband muss vor der Einstellung bereits korrekt auf gespannt sein ffnen Sie die T rverschl sse 13 und ffnen Sie die Abdeckung 12 Drehen Sie das obere Bands gelaufrad 8 langsam im Uhrzeigersinn Das Bands geband 25 sollte zentral auf dem Laufrad 8 laufen Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist muss der Neigungswinkel des oberen Laufrades 8 angepasst werden Wenn das Bands geband in Richtung hintere Seite des Laufrades wegl uft muss das Einstellrad 22 im Uhrzeiger sinn gedreht werden L uft es zur vor deren Seite des Laufrades hin weg muss das Einstellrad 22 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gedreht werden Pr

6. fen Sie nach jeder Einstellung die Anderung indem Sie das Laufrad meh rere Male komplett drehen Wenn Sie die Position des oberen Lauf rades gefunden haben bei dem das Bands geband in der Mitte zentriert l uft drehen Sie bitte das obere Lauf rad einige Male sodass das Band auch am unteren Laufrad in der Mitte auf liegt Wenn Sie das Bands geband erfolg reich eingestellt haben schlie en Sie die T re 12 und verschlie en diese mit dem T rverschluss Fixieren Sie das Einstellrad 22 mit der Fixierschraube 14 gegen unbeabsichtigtes Verdre hen DEUTSCH 7 5 S gebandf hrung einstellen Fig 11 13 Jedesmal wenn Sie das Bands geband wechseln m ssen Sie die Lauflager 30 31 sowie die F hrungen 28 29 neu einrichten 7 5 1 oberes Lauflager einstellen L sen Sie die Schraube 33 Bewegen Sie das Lauflager 30 so dass es fast das Bands geband ber hrt Die Distanz sollte ca 0 5mm betragen Ziehen Sie die Schraube 33 wieder fest 7 5 2 unteres Lauflager einstellen Demontieren Sie den Arbeitstisch 15 Stellen Sie das untere Lauflager 31 in der selben Art und Weise ein wie das obere Laufla ger 30 zuvor 7 5 3 obere F hrungen 28 einstellen L sen Sie die Schraube 35 Bewegen Sie die Halterung 36 der F hrung 28 so dass ein Spalt von ca Imm zu Band s geblatt entsteht Fixieren Sie wieder die Schraube 35 Achtung Das Bands geband wird zerst rt wenn die Z
7. 24 L sen Sie den T rverschluss 13 und ffnen Sie die T re 12 Entfernen Sie die Halterung 2 Drehen Sie das Festziehrad 9 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn um die Bands ge blattspannung zu l sen Entfernen Sie das Bands geblatt 25 indem Sie es von den Laufr dern 7 8 ziehen und aus dem Tisch ziehen Legen Sie das neue Band ein achten Sie dabei dass es zentral auf den Lauf r dern aufliegt Die Z hne des Blattes m ssen nach unten Richtung Tisch zeigen Spannen Sie das Bands geband e Schlie en Sie die T re 12 und ver schlie en Sie sie Nach erfolgtem Bands gebandwechsel drehen Sie das Bands geblatt einige Male falls n tig sind die Punkte 7 4 und 7 5 durchzuf hren 7 10 Laufradgummierung wechseln Fig 17 Durch den Betrieb n tzen sich die Laufrad gummierungen der Holzbands ge ab Dies ist ganz normal Sobald die Gummierungen abge n tzt sind m ssen sie ersetzt werden ffnen Sie die T re 12 Entfernen Sie das Bands geband 25 L sen Sie die Kante des Gummirades 3 mit einem kleinen Schlitzschrau benzieher f l sen und entfernen Sie das alte Gummirad Montieren Sie das neue Gummirad Er satzteil bei Fachh ndler zu bestellen montieren Sie das Bands geblatt 25 und schlie en Sie die T re 12 7 11 Tischeinlage wechseln Fig 18 Um das Verletzungsrisiko zu minimieren ist rund um das Bands geblatt eine Tischeinlage 17

27. lle Werkzeuge vom Arbeitstisch entfernt sind und alle Fixierhebel schrauben handr der angezogen sind Pr fen Sie das Werkst ck vor der Bear beitung auf Fremdk rper DEUTSCH 7 3 MONTAGE Untergestell montieren Befestigen Sie zuerst die Stellf e 21 locker zur Grundplatte 5 der Maschine mit jeweils 2 Schrauben pro Fu Schrauben Sie die 2 langen Querstre ben 41 und die 2 kurzen Querstreben 42 locker an die Stellf e an Fig 3 Stecken Sie die Gummif e auf die Stellf e 21 Stellen Sie die Maschine auf das Unter gestell auf die Grundplatte Richten Sie das Untergestell 2 Person erforderlich aus sodass die Maschine zu allen Richtungen eben ist Fixieren Sie nun alle Schrauben des Unterges tells Montieren Sie die Halterung 29 des Schiebestockes 28 folgenderma en Schrauben Sie die Fixiermutter auf den Bolzen und schrauben Sie dann den Bolzen an Arbeitstisch montieren L sen Sie die Fixierhebel 45 an der Unterseite des Tisches 15 und entfer nen Sie die Halterung 2 vom Tisch F hren Sie das Bands geblatt durch den Schlitz a in den Arbeitstisch und platzieren Sie den Arbeitstisch so auf der Tischaufh ngung dass die Fixier schraube 47 durch die Halterung 48 Schrauben Sie den Arbeitstisch mit der Fl gelmutter 18 fest Platzieren Sie die Halterung 2 auf dem Tisch 15 sodass die Schrauben k pfe 50 in die F hrungsschlitze 51 laufen
