1. Blower level If the heating level switch is in this position only the blower is operated Move the switch to this position if you wish to use the appliance as a ventilator Heating level If the heating level switch is in this position the fan heater will provide a heat output of 750 W Heating level If the heating level switch is in this position 2 the fan heater will provide a heat output of 1500 W Tab 3 Switch levels o When first put into operation or after a longer period without heating a short term odour can arise 3 3 Setting the temperature 1 Start the appliance by setting the desired heating power using the heating level switch see Fig 2 No 2 2 Turn the temperature control see Fig 2 No 3 clockwise as far as it will go 3 Once the desired temperature has been reached turn the temperature control anticlockwise until you hear a distinct click An integrated thermostat control now automatically switches the appliance on and off thereby ensuring a more or less constant temperature 31 40 3 4 Switching off the appliance 1 Move the heating level control see Fig 2 No 2 to position O 2 Pull the power plug out of the socket Wait until the appliance has cooled down before covering it or putting it away 3 5 Storage Protect the appliance against dust dirt and insects Cover the appliance with the sheet provided so that it is protected from impurities and damage or malfunctions caused by

Stellen Sie den Heizstufenregler siehe Abb 2 Nr 2 auf Position O 2 Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose Warten Sie bis das Ger t abgek hlt ist bevor Sie es abdecken oder wegstellen 13 40 3 5 Lagerung Sch tzen Sie das Ger t vor Staub Schmutz und Insekten Decken Sie das Ger t mit der mitgelieferten Folie ab damit er vor Verunreinigungen und dadurch hervor gerufenen Besch digungen und Funktionsst rungen gesch tzt ist 3 6 Wiederverpacken f r private Transportzwecke Zur Vermeidung von Transportsch den verpacken Sie das Ger t im Falle eines Transportes immer in der Originalverpackung 4 Reinigung und Instandhaltung 4 1 SicherheitsmaBnahmen Ziehen Sie unbedingt den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose bevor Sie das Ger t warten gt Beginnen Sie mit den Instandhaltungs und Reinigungsarbeiten erst wenn das Ger tvollst ndig abgek hlt ist gt Reinigung und Wartung durch den Benutzer darf nicht durch Kinder ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgef hrt werden 4 2 Reinigung Zum Schutz vor Verunreinigungen sollte das Ger t nach jedem Gebrauch abge deckt werden A Decken Sie das Ger t erst ab wenn es vollst ndig abgek hlt ist Sollte das Ger t dennoch schmutzig geworden sein beachten Sie bei der Reini gung folgende Hinweise gt Reinigen Sie das Ger t grunds tzlich nur in abgek hltem Zustand gt Vor jeglichen Arbeiten am Ger t Netzstecker ziehen gt Reinigen Sie das Ger t nur
4. berpr fen Sie die Lufteingangs und Luft ausgangs ffnungen und beseitigen Sie die Ursache der berhitzung bevor Sie das Ger t erneut starten Vergewissern Sie sich dass das Ger t in senkrechter Position steht und keiner extremen Neigung ausge setzt ist Erh hen Sie die Thermostattemperatur 4 5 Reinigung und Instandhaltung durch qualifizierte Personen Wartungsarbeiten die nicht in Kapitel 4 2 4 4 aufgef hrt sind d rfen nur durch das ROWI Service Center siehe Kapitel 5 durchgef hrt werden Bei Wartungsarbeiten innerhalb der ersten 24 Monate die von nicht durch ROWI autorisierten Personen und Unternehmen durchgef hrt wurden verfallen s mtliche Gew hrleistungsanspr che 5 Gew hrleistung 5 1 Umfang ROWI r umt dem Eigent mer dieses Produktes eine Gew hrleistung von 24 Monaten ab Kaufdatum ein In diesem Zeitraum werden an dem Ger t fest gestellte Material oder Produktionsfehler vom ROWI Service Center kostenlos behoben Ausgeschlossen von der Gew hrleistung sind Fehler die nicht auf Material oder Produktionsfehlern beruhen z B Transportsch den jeglicher Art Fehler infolge unsachgem er Installation Fehler infolge eines nicht bestimmungsgem en Gebrauchs Fehler infolge vorschriftswidriger Behandlung Fehler infolge unsachgem ausgef hrter Reparaturen oder Reparaturver suche durch nicht von ROWI autorisierte Personen und oder Unternehmen Normaler betriebsbedingter Verschlei R
5. se frei laufen kann 2 Schalten Sie nun das Ger t ein indem Sie den Heizstufenschalter siehe Abb 2 Nr 2 auf die gew nschte Position bringen Dabei gilt Oo Aus Stellung Befindet sich der Heizstufenschalter in dieser Position dann ist das Ger t ausgeschaltet Gebl sestufe Befindet sich der Heizstufenschalter in dieser Position wird lediglich das Gebl se betrieben Bringen Sie den Schalter in diese Position wenn Sie das Ger t als Ventilator verwenden m chten Heizstufe 1 Befindet sich der Heizstufenschalter in dieser Position bringt der Heizl fter eine Heizleistung von 750 W ll Heizstufe 2 Befindet sich der Heizstufenschalter in dieser Position bringt der Heizl fter eine Heizleistung von 1500 W Tab 3 Schaltstufen o Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme oder nach einer l ngeren Heizpause kann es zu einer kurzzeitigen Geruchsbildung kommen 3 3 Einstellung der Temperatur 1 Starten Sie das Ger t indem Sie mit Hilfe des Heizstufenschalters siehe Abb 2 Nr 2 die gew nschte Heizleistung einstellen 2 Drehen Sie den Temperaturregler siehe Abb 2 Nr 3 im Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag 3 Wurde die gew nschte Temperatur erreicht drehen Sie den Temperaturregler so weit gegen den Uhrzeigersinn zur ck bis Sie ein deutliches Klicken h ren Ein integrierter Thermostatregler schaltet nun das Ger t automatisch ein und aus und sorgt somit f r ann hernd konstante Temperatur 3 4 Abschalten des Ger tes 1
