TDX1m TDX1 5m TDX2m TDX3m TDX4m TDX5m TDX6m 14 RECOMENDACIONES DE USO 1 Seleccionar el tipo de vibrador adecuado segun las dimensiones del encofrado el espacio libre entre las armaduras la consistencia del hormig n Consultar el punto como seleccionar el vibrador Se recomienda siempre tener un vibrador de reserva 2 Antes de comenzar comprobar que el vibrador est en buenas condiciones y funciona correctamente Usar los sistemas de protecci n y seguridad recomendados 3 Verter el hormig n en la estructura evitando que el hormig n caiga desde gran altura Se debe verter en el molde o encofrado m s o menos nivelado El espesor de cada capa ser inferior a 50 cm se recomienda entre 30 y 50 cm 4 Introducir el vibrador verticalmente en la masa sin desplazarlo horizontalmente No usar el vibrador para arrastrar el hormig n horizontalmente El vibrador se introduce verticalmente a intervalos regulares separados de unos a otros una distancia de 8 a 10 veces el di metro del vibrador consultar el radio de acci n Mirar al hormig n cuando se vibra para determinar el campo de acci n del vibrador El campo de acci n de cada punto de vibraci n se debe solapar para evitar zonas sin vibrar La aguja debe penetrar unos 10 cm en la capa anterior para asegurar una buena adhesi n entre las diferentes capas Entre cada capa no deber transcurrir mucho tiempo para evitar juntas fr

44. ber montar correctamente todos los dispositivos de seguridad 9 Cada 12 meses o con m s frecuencia dependiendo de las condiciones de uso se recomienda que sea revisado por un taller autorizado 10 Limpiar el filtro peri dicamente o sustituirlo en caso de que sea necesario 9 MANTENIMIENTO PERIODICO DE AGUJAS Y TRANSMISIONES 1 Para realizar los trabajos de mantenimiento de la transmisi n y aguja desconectar del motor 2 En todas las operaciones de mantenimiento utilizar recambios originales 3 Comprobar el di metro de desgaste de la aguja Cuando el di metro en el punto de mayor desgaste sea inferior al ser especificado en la tabla seg n modelo deber ser sustituido 4 Engrasar la transmisi n cada 100 horas de trabajo Un modo de engrasar es colocar algo de grasa en la palma de la mano y hacer pasar toda la longitud de la sirga a trav s de la mano cerrada dejando as una capa de grasa en toda la longitud de la sirga La cantidad recomendad es 20 g m Despu s de engrasar o en una transmision nueva conectar al DINGO y dejarla funcionando en vacio durante 2 minutos Nunca sobre engrasar pod a pasar la grasa a la aguja vibrante o forzar al motor No limpiar la sirga con disolvente Consultar el tipo de grasa a utilizar 5 Si se observa que la longitud entre el eje flexible y la vaina es mayor de 55mm se deber reparar antes que se pueda producir una aver a grave en la transmisi n 6 Cada 300 horas de funcionamient
