Schmieren Sie gr ndlich alle Schmiernippel in Va den verschiedenen Gelenken und zwar mit s urefreier Schmiere gem dem Schmierplan im Anhang e Bauen Sie alle Funktionen ein die eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung f r den Bediener und Fremde im ffentlichen Verkehr schaffen Siehe Abb 9 10 1 Wenn eine Fernsteuerung mit Spiralkabel als Hilfsbedienung verwendet wird markieren Sie den Arbeitssicherheitsbereich deutlich und permanent am Fahrzeugladeflur sowie auf der Plattformfl che gem den Anweisungen in TEC ELEC 02 EN 2 Bringen Sie die Plattformflaggen an und oder pr fen Sie die korrekte Funktion der elektrischen Blinkleuchten auf der Plattform 3 Bringen Sie Rot Wei es Reflexionsband auf beiden Seiten der Plattform an 4 Bringen Sie den Aufkleber mit den Betriebs anweisungen neben der Bedienung an in direkter Sicht des Bedieners wenn er die HTL verwendet e F hren sie den kompletten Inbetriebnahmetest aus auf Basis der CHECKLISTE F R Ch GEWICHTSTEST UND INBETRIEBNAHME in zu Kapitel 3 des Benutzerhandbuchs EN e Thoroughly grease all grease nipples in the various articulations with acid free grease ac cording to the grease plan in the annex e Fit all features that will create a safe working environment for the operator and the strangers in public traffic See Fig 9 10 1 If a wander lead with spiral cable is adopted as auxil lary control unit clearly and permanently mark the safe

15. les connexions vis s es l interrupteur de batterie et au fusible 300A du HEH voir plus bas Un montage ma ou insuffisamment serr peut mener des faux contacts et la _ surchauffe des connexions et donc une pann e pr matur e du circuit d alimentation Appliquer une pais se couche de graisse anticorrosion ou de Va seline sur toutes les connexions lectriques et recourez des caoutchoucs de protection E0289 pour prot ger les composants expos s de la pluie et de la salet Voir Fig 6 7 Guidez le second c ble 35mm extr mit plus cour te de l interrupteur de batterie jusqu la batterie du v hi cule Montez le fusible 300A fourni avec le HEH sur la borne positive de la batterie du v hicule et connectez le c ble 35mm au fusible Voir Fig 6 8 30 Wenn ein Batterieschalter zur Isolierung des Hauptstroms zum Elektromotor was sehr empfohlen wird verwendet wird bohren Sie die erforderlichen Bohrungen in den Stahluntergrund des Fahrersitzes tragen Sie Antikorrosionsschutz auf die neuen Bohrungen auf und montieren Sie den Batterieschalter selbst Siehe Abb 6 6 Schlie en Sie das lange 35mm Batteriekabel aus dem Aggregat der HTL an einen der 2 Pole des Batterieschalters an und f hren Sie ein zweites k rzeres St ck des 35mm Batteriekabels vom anderen Pol des Batterieschalters zur Fahrzeugbatterie e Ziehen Sie alle Schraubverbindungen zum Batterieschalter u
16. 4 20 TEN amp AM CHASSIS Schieben Sie den Rahmen der HTL unter das Fahrzeugchassis und heben Sie es stufenweise an Siehe Abb 4 1 Mittlerweile k nnen Sie den Rahmen so lenken und ausrichten dass die AA M16 Bohrungen in der Seitenplatte des Hubrahmens mit den 3X M16 Bohrungen im unteren Teil der Montageplatten bereinstimmen Siehe Abb 4 2 e Montieren Sie den Hubrahmen mit den 6x M16 Bolzen die mit der HTL mitgeliefert wurden Schrauben zeigt nach au en zu den Monta geplatten und ziehen Sie die Montagebolzen zum erforderlichen Drehmoment an Detail im Anhang Siehe Abb 4 3 Wenn alle Schrauben sicher zum erforderlichen Drehmo ment angezogen wurden senken Sie die Gabeln oder Arme des Gabelstaplers oder Montagewagens und entfer nen Sie diesen von der Montageb hne Der Rahmen der HTL sollte jetzt korrekt in seiner definitiven Position mon tiert sein Siehe Abb 4 4 EN 4 MOUNTING THE LIFT FRAME TO THE MOUNTING PLATES amp CHASSIS e Slide the frame of the HTL under the vehicle chassis and lift it progressively See Fig 4 1 e Inthe meantime guide and align the frame so that the 3 x M16 holes in the side plate of the lift frame coincide with the 3 x M16 holes in the lower part of the mounting plates See Fig 4 2 e Fit the lift frame to the mounting plates by means of the 6 x M16 bolts supplied with the lift bolt pointing outside and fasten the fitting bolts to the required torque

Erdleitung zu den Fahrzeugbatterien ben tigt Sehen Sie im Handbuch des Fahrzeug e Bereiten Sie ein 35mm Batteriekabel Hauptstrom kabel von eingehenden Hauptpol am Anlasserventil im Aggregat zum eingehenden Pol des Batterieschalters in der Fahrzeugkabine vor oder auf der Hauptsicherung der Batterie falls kein Batterieschalter montiert ist siehe weiter unten Siehe Abb 6 2 e Wenn Sie sich f r eine direkte Erdung des Elektromotors und der Ventile der HTL zum Fahrzeugchassis entscheiden befolgen Sie die diesbez glichen Anweisungen des Herstellers e Wenn eine isolierte Erdleitung erforderlich ist entfernen Sie das bestehende Stuck des 35mm Erdungskabels vom Elektromotor im Aggregat und bereiten Sie ein 35mm Erdungskabel vom negativen Erdungspol des Elektromotors zum negativen Pol der Fahrzeugbatterie vor Siehe Abb 6 3 e Verwenden Sie isolierenden Schutzgummi f r den Batterieanschluss zum Anlassermagnet sowie auch f r den Erdungsanschluss am Elektromotor Siehe Abb 6 2 und 6 3 e Ziehen Sie einen Schutzschlauch ber die volle Lange der 35mm Batterie und des Erdungskabels Sorgen Sie daf r dass diese Leitung f r Automobilzwecke geeignet ist Klasse 1 Verrohrung ohne Kennzeichnung ist f r allgemeine Nutzung geeignet und ist gegen eine Temperatur von 85 C permanent und 100 C Spitzenwert best ndig EN 6 CONNECTING THE POWER PACK OF THE HTL TO THE VEHICLE BATTERIES e Remove the 2
