Briefing with BOZ User Guide April 17 2012 Briefing with BOZ is designed to be a useful resource to members of the Emergency Services The site is formatted to allow simple access to an array of helpful information The site is populated with a few simple files The files are provided to assist in Training and Operational needs For example open the Operational Guidelines files and you will find OG s that are relevant to today s Emergency Services and are there for you to download and customize based on your needs The OG s have been thoughtfully provided by fire service members for the benefit of all New relevant Operational Guidelines will be added so be sure to stay tuned to the site to address your Departments OG needs Training Resources file This file will link you to informative sites addressing Training and Operational issues have had great success during my career using these sites have described a successful challenge delivery format for you to follow It s simple and effective My crews enthusiastically participated in the learning session There were times when had to put a stop time to the exercise so as to not run too long The format is effective for small or large group participation NIOSH Go to the NIOSH link and view their fire incident reports The reports are an excellent tool for a Training Officer to use to stimulate fire ground Strategic amp Tactical discussions We re not looking to find fault
