Don t worry if the light starts to flash while you are bathing there will be enough charge for you to complete your bath e If the light turns RED there will always be enough charge to raise you back to the top of the tub You must recharge your battery IMMEDIATELY Hand control e The RED light signals that a safety mechanism has been activated which prevents the bath lift from lowering you to the bottom of the tub if there is insufficient charge to bring you back up again NOTE You should NEVER start a bath when the hand control light is RED Figure 9 neptune Operating Instructions reclining bath lift 6 Using the Neptune Reclining Bath Lift i To raise the bath lift press the UP button on the hand control see fig 9 and the bath lift will rise The Neptune Reclining Bath Lift is a powerful lifting device and it is essential that the side flaps do not catch under handrails soap dishes tile edges vanity shelves or other obstructions when rising If the side flaps are caught immediately lower the bath lift by pressing the DOWN button on the hand control see fig 9 Pull each side flap free from the obstruction then resume the lifting operation The side flap protectors provided should allow side flaps to glide smoothly over tub handles As the Neptune Reclining Bath Lift reaches the height of the tub the side flap will fold out to bridge the gap between the seat and the side of the tub

11. li With the seat and side flap level sit on the flap and move onto the seat iii Turn as you lift each leg over the side of the tub then make yourself comfortable on the seat You may find it easier to transfer if you wet the seat and side flaps first A slide and swivel disc Part No AB238 is available on request should you still find transferring difficult iv Extend your feet in front of you and keep your hands above the seat NOTE Ensure your legs and hands are clear of the mechanism underneath the seat v Using the hand control press the DOWN button see fig 9 and you will be lowered gently When the button is released the bath lift will stop immediately and will remain at that position until the button is pressed again vi Continue to press the DOWN button until the bath lift reaches its lowest position at the bottom of the tub By continuing to press the DOWN button the backrest will begin to recline Release the DOWN button when you find your desired position By maintaining pressure on the DOWN button the backrest will stop at its fully reclined position To reduce the backrest angle press the UP button vii To raise the bath lift press the UP button The backrest will move into the upright position and the bath lift will begin to rise viii Once the side flap is level with the top of the tub remove your finger from the UP button and move sideways onto the side flap ix Turn whilst lift

19. baignoire porte savons ou bords de carreaux Assurez vous que les protecteurs de battants lat raux fournis sont fix s sur les poign es de la baignoire int gr es e Avant de vous installer sur le si ge de bain l vateur v rifiez que les battants lat raux sont au m me niveau que la baignoire et quils reposent sur le bord de celle ci e Veillez a ne coincer aucune partie du corps lors de votre transfert sur le siege ou lorsque vous montez ou descendez assis sur le Siege de bain l vateur a dossier inclinable Neptune e N utilisez le baton de pile que pour les sieges de bain l vateurs Mountway ne utilisez pas pour faire fonctionner d autres appareils e Assurez vous que le dossier est assembl et fix au module de siege avant de connecter le baton de pile a la commande manuelle et de l utiliser e Assurez vous qu aucun objet m tallique ne touche les contacts du b ton de pile car cela endommagera la pile e N utilisez pas le si ge de bain l vateur sous un coulement d eau continu c est dire avec le robinet ouvert Ne submergez pas l actionneur compl tement sous l eau 22 e La commande manuelle et le baton de pile sont tanches Si la commande manuelle ou le baton de pile sont plong s dans l eau ils ne pr sentent aucun danger mais doivent tre eSSUYES Nexposez pas la pile a des nettoyages a haute chaleur e Servez vous uniquement du chargeur Mountway pour charger la pile du Si ge
