5. exhaust reel i e M KK Replacing the exhaust hose Uncoil hose completely and lock reel in its most extended position Dismantle edge list C drum lid A and clamp B Loosen hose clip E on the connecting socket and remove the old hose Attach new hose bend it into a natural soft curve and fasten it using clamp B Re mount the drum lid A Re Mount the edge protection C at the opening of the drum where the hose protrudes Remove hose stop ring D from the old hose and fit it on the new one and adjust so that the hose stays at a convenient height when reeled in A MO OER WN gt 8 The reel is now ready for use MER ENG 10 20 Endposition switch adjustment for power operated hose reels SAA AN Unroll the hose to desired position Loosen nut 1 and screw adjustingscrew 2 until there is a click from switch 3 Wind up the hose to normal position Adjust switch 4 with adjustingscrew 5 in the same way Check and fine adjust desired position a quarterturn on adjustingscrews correspond to 24 cm Secure adjustingscrews with nuts 1 Then adjust switch 6 until on off position correspond with switch 4 Exchanging the plastic bearings This work is best done with the reel dismantled and standing on the floor 1 2 3 Loosen the leg on the side of the motor d by undoing the bolts on the beam e Remove drum from the reel Unscrew drum lid g Dismantle the connec
