8. beachten Die Verantwortung hinsichtlich bestimmungs gem er Verwendung dieser Installations schalter unter Bezugnahme der in der An lage vorhandenen Rahmenbedingungen s technische Daten liegt allein beim Betreiber 6 Installation F r das Errichten Betreiben sind die rele vanten nationalen Vorschriften z B Betrieb sicherheitsverordnung Ger tesicherheits gesetz in Deutschland sowie die allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik ma gebend Unsachgem e Installation und Betrieb der Sicherheitsschalter kann zum Verlust der Garantie f hren 6 1 Montage Die Montage des Ger tes kann ohne ffnen des Geh uses erfolgen Die Installations schalter d rfen bei der Direktmontage an der Wand nur an den vorgesehenen Befestigungs punkten eben aufliegen Die gew hlte Schraube muss der Befestigungs ffnung angepasst sein siehe Ma bild und sie darf die ffnung nicht besch digen z B Verwen dung einer Unterlegscheibe Das Ger t ist mit mindestens 2 Schrauben diagonal zu befestigen Bei berm igem Anziehen der Befestigungsschrauben kann das Ger t besch digt werden Wird der Installationsschalter mit den Leitungseinf hrungen nach unten montiert ist der Schaltereinsatz und der Geh usedeckel um 180 zu drehen siehe Bild 2 Der Installationsschalter ist zur Befestigung auf den CEAG Ger tehaltern Gr e 1 mittels selbstschneidende Schrauben geeignet siehe Bild 1 Die betreffende Montageanlei
9. genannten Pr fungen durchzuf hren Au er dem ist vor der Inbetriebnahme die korrekte Funktion und Installation des Betriebsmittels in bereinstimmung mit dieser Betriebsanlei tung und anderen anwendbaren Bestimmun gen zu berpr fen Die St el des Schalters ckel nicht zum testen mit einem harten Gegenstand z B Schraubendreher bet tigen Unsachgem e Installation und Betrieb der Installationsschalter kann zum Verlust der Garantie f hren 7 Instandhaltung Wartung Die f r die Wartung Instandhaltung von elektrischen Betriebsmitteln in explosions gef hrdeten Bereichen geltenden Bestim mungen wie IEC 60079 17 sind einzuhal ten Vor ffnen des Geh uses Spannungs freiheit sicherstellen bzw geeignete Schutzma nahmen ergreifen Die erforderlichen Wartungsintervalle sind anwendungsspezifisch und daher in Abh n gigkeit von den Einsatzbedingungen vom Betreiber festzulegen Im Rahmen der Wartung sind vor allem die Teile von denen die Z ndschutzart abh ngt zu pr fen z B Unversehrtheit der druckfesten Komponenten des Geh uses der Dichtungen und der Kabel und Leitungseinf hrungen Sollte bei einer Wartung festgestellt werden dass Instandsetzungsarbeiten erforderlich sind ist Abschnitt 8 dieser Betriebsanleitung zu beachten 8 Reparatur Instandsetzung Anderungen Instandsetzungsarbeiten Reparaturen d rfen nur unter Verwendung von CEAG CCH Originalersatzteilen vorgenommen werden

21. llation For the mounting and operation the respective national regulations e g Betr Si V equipment safety law for Germany as well as the general rules of engineering shall be observed The improper installation and operation of safety switches may result in the invalidation of the guarantee 6 1 Mounting The installation switches can be mounted without opening their enclosure In case the switches are mounted directly onto the wall they may rest evenly only at the respective fastening points The chosen screw shall match the fastening hole see dimensio nal drawing and it must not damage the hole e g use of a washer The device shall be fastened diagonally with at least 2 screws If the screws are overtightened the apparatus can be damaged When the installation switch is mounted with the cable entries on bottom side the switch insert and the enclosure cover must be turned through 180 see fig 2 The installation switch is suitable for fixing onto CEAG apparatus holders size 1 by means of self cutting screws see fig 1 The respective mounting instructions shall be observed 6 2 Opening the device Electrical connection The electrical connection of the device may only be carried out by skilled staff Before opening the apparatus ensure that it has been isolated from the voltage supply or take appropriate protective meassures Taking into account the respective regulations the properly bar
