In this menu you can configure the parameters of the mainstream These parameters define the recording resolution of the NVR SubStream Email DDNS Switch DISPLAY Channel Resolution PS Bitrate Mode Predefined mode Bitrate Audio ADVANCE Channel Choose the channel where the settings are applied Resolution Choose the recording resolution The available options are 1280 x 720 or 1280 x 960 FPS Select how many images per second the NVR will record The highest is 30 FPS 60Hz or 25 FPS 50Hz Bitrate Mode If you want to set the bitrate by yourself then choose user defined mode If you want to select the predefined bitrate choose predefined mode Bitrate The higher the bitrate the better the video quality and the larger the file size on the disk e Audio Check the box to enable audio for a channel NOTE The audio function is only supported with the ICB 100 camera Network SubStream In this menu you can configure the parameters of the substream These parameters define how the images will be visible over the Internet via PC for example Web Client By default it has much lower quality than the mainstream Network MainStream subStream Email DDNS Switch DISPLAY ee Channel Resolution FPS 15 Bitrate Mode Predefined mode Bitrate 256 Audio ADVANCE 3 e Channel Choose the channel where the settings are applied e Resolution The default screen resolution 640 x 480 e FPS Select ho

8. 76 Mars Home NVR Combo Kit Remote Access Via Web Client Remote Access Via Web Client ala e mr O Z TT Use the Web Client to remotely access your NVR at anytime via a PC Before you access the Web Client you need to ensure that the network settings of the NVR are configured properly The most convenient and easiest way is if you have set the NVR a static IP address see Network Static on page 55 It means you only need to open the web browser on your PC and type in the static IP address you have set on the NVR However if the IP address of the NVR is assigned by a DHCP server see Network DHCP on page 55 then it means that each time you reboot the NVR the IP address changes In this case ask if your ISP can provide you a Static IP address If not then configure the DDNS service See the network settings in Network Network on page 54 and Network DDNS on page 58 Also please make sure the UPnP is configured in the NVR and router or if the router does not support UPnP then make sure the port forwarding is completed manually Please see the customized free guide at http portforward com kguard Logging In To access the NVR remotely from a PC open your computer web browser and enter the NVR static IP address or DDNS domain name Host Name you have set on NVR in the URL box O E http 10 0 100 187 The User login page opens User Name Client Port Lan
