3. lifting core 2 Fill the pipe with confetti or streamers 3 For a maximum effect tape on a compression cap ENGLISH 7 INSTALLATION TIP Find a place for the manual within easy reach of the operator of the Stadium Shot ENGLISH DANGER WARNING The Stadium Shot should only be operated when all parts are completely and properly installed connected When installing the Stadium Shot follow the following procedure 1 Place the flight case on a surface level 2 Take off the lid of the flightcase 3 Check if there s no pressure left inside the tank 9 Put the brakes on all 4 of the wheels to make 4 Take the Shot Pipe out of the holder in the sure the flightcase is locked and stable flightcase Caution Firing the Stadium Shot will cause a repercusion if the flightcase is not locked well ENGLISH ENGLISH 5 Screw the Shot Pipe onto the screw threaded 10 Connect the air hose to the air compressor Outlet pipe on top of the tank and make sure it will be screwed tightly till the end Use an air compressor with a maximum capacity of 8 bar 116 PSI 6 Choose the desired angle 11 Connect the other end of the hose to the speed connector on the tank 12 Activate the compressor and fill the tank up to 8 Bar 116 PSI 13 CAUTION 8 bar 116 PSI is the maximum 7 Lock the tank by tightening the turn fasteners presssure 8 Check if the tank is completely lo

IUM SHOT m m Door hoge temperaturen kan de druk in de tank Lu BEDIENING Lu toenemen Indien de druk boven de 8 bar komt Z gebruik dan het ontluchtingskraantje om wat lucht te verwijderen en de druk terug te brengen WAARSCHUWING VOOR GEVAAR naar 8 bar Werken met de MAGIC FX Stadium Shot mag alleen door bevoegde personen gebeuren Draag ten alle tijden gehoorbescherming wanneer u met de Stadium Shot werkt Door de luchtverplaatsing gaat een shot gepaard met een flinke klap ca 110Db De magneetklep van de tank wordt geactiveerd zodra de spanning 230V wordt ingeschakeld Stop de stekker welke aan de magneetklep bevestigd is nooit direct in een stopcontact maar gebruik een schakelaar welke in de UIT OFF positie staat Gebruik voor extra veiligheid een noodstop Controleer ten alle tijden of de Stadium Shot vrij is van personen of objecten alvorens u het apparaat activeert voor een schot AFSCHIETEN VAN DE STADIUM SHOT WAARSCHUWING VOOR GEVAAR 1 De Stadium Shot zal een schot lossen zodra de magneetklep wordt bekrachtigd door een 220V stroombron Neem een 220V schakelaar en zorg dat de stroom uitgeschakeld Controleer voor dat u met de Stadium Shot gaat werken of er geen druk meer op de tank staat Plaats de Stadium Shot altijd op een vlakke en verharde ondergrond en zet de rem op alle 4 de wielen 2 Stop de stekker in het contact van de schakelaar Zet de tank ten allen tijden goed vast met de bevestigingsk

Only use an air compressor with a maximum capacity of 8 bar 116PSI After installation always make sure the area around the Stadium Shot is free of persons and moving objects 2 Now plug in the connector Keep a safety distance of at least 25m Make sure the tank will never contain pressure for longer than 3 minutes Never place the Stadium Shot in sunlight or close to a heat source Check if the air pressure level stays stable In case it goes over 8 bar immediately use the pressure tap to release pressure till the level is under 8 bar again 3 Push the switch button in its ON position to fire the Stadium Shot After a shot push the switch back in its OFF position 9 SWITCHING OFF Switching off the Stadium Shot 7 8 9 10 11 Disconnect the power cable from the power source Disconnect the air hose and remove the compressor Check if there s no pressure left inside the tank If so use the pressure tap and release all pressure till the tank is empty Disconnect the Shot pipe and insert it in the holder inside the flightcase Check if the machine is complete replace the lid and close the flightcase BE CAREFUL The Stadium Shot can damage if you do not follow above steps correctly ENGLISH 10 MAINTENANCE DANGER WARNING Do not attempt to replace parts yourself but have them replaced by a technical skilled person of MAGIC FX ENGLIS
10. cked When the tank is filled the compressor can be removed 14 Check the pressure level carefully 8 OPERATING THE STADIUM SHOT When the temperature is hot the pressure inside the tank can increase If the pressure OPERATING level goes over 8 bar inmediately use the pressure tap to release pressure till the level is under 8 bar again DANGER WARNING Only qualified people should operate the Stadium Shot ENGLISH ENGLISH Alwasy wear ear protection while working with the Stadium Shot A shot comes together with a loud bang approx 110db The valve of the Stadium Shot is actuated by a 230V power source Never plug the connector attached to the valve directly into a power source but use a switch between the plug and the power source which is in its OFF position The installation is completed and the Stadium Shot is now ready for use For extra safety reasons always use an emergency power switch Check if the area around the Stadium Shot is free of persons animals DANGER WARNING or objects before you fire the Stadium Shot Before installation discharge compressed air Always place the Stadium Shot on a surface level and put the brakes on all 4 of the wheels FIRING THE STADIUM SHOT Always lock the tank by tightening the turn fasteners 1 The Stadium Shot will fire a shot when it gets electronic input from a 220V power source Take a 220V switch and make sure the switch is in its OFF position

14. i en of streamers 3 Als de buis volledig gevuld is neemt u voor een maximaal effect een pressure cap en plaatst u deze over het uiteinde van de shot pijp om deze af te dichten Tape de rand van de pressure cap af met speciale pressure caps tape 9 Zet alle 4 de wielen op de rem en controleer of 4 Neem de gevulde shot pijp uit de houder in de de gehele flightcase stabiel en vast staat flightcase NEDERLANDS NEDERLANDS Let op bij een schot ontstaat een terugslag waardoor de flightcase zich kan verplaatsen wanneer deze niet goed vast staat 10 Neem een compressor met maximale drukopbrengst van 8 bar welke voldoet aan de betreffende veiligheidseisen en normen 5 Draai de shot pijp op de in de tank geintegreerde schroefdraad Draai deze tot het einde vast Oe 11 Sluit de slang aan op de snelkoppeling op de 6 Bepaal de gewenste richting voor het beste tank effect 12 Activeer de compressor en vul de tank totdat de compressor afslaat of tot de manometer aangeeft dat de druk in de tank 8 bar is 7 Zet de tank goed vast d m v het aandraaien van 13 Let op 8 bar is de maximale druk de twee bevestigingsknoppen Let op draai deze knoppen goed aan totdat de tank geblokkeerd is De compressor kan eventueel na het vullen van de tank worden ontkoppelt 8 Controleer ook daadwerkelijk geblokkeerd is m m s z l l 14 Houd de druk goed in de gaten 5 8 WERKEN MET DE STAD

16. noppen Werk enkel met een professionele compressor met een luchtopbrengst van maximaal 8 bar en voorzien van keuring en certicering Lees de handleiding van de compressor voor gebruik aandachtig door Laat de Stadium Shot de noodstop en de schakelaar nooit onbemand wanneer de Stadium Shot klaar is voor gebruik 3 Druk de schaklaar in de aan ON positie om de Stadium Shot af te schieten Zorg dat de omgeving rondom de Stadium Shot vrij is van personen of bewegende objecten Druk de schakelaar na het shot weer in de uit OFF positie Houd een veilige afstand voor het publiek aan De aanbevolen afstand is minstens 25m Laat de tank nooit langer dan 3 minuten onder druk staan Controleer tussendoor of de druk in de tank constant blijft Door warmte kan deze toenemen Mocht dit het geval zijn open dan direct de ontluchtingskraan en laat de lucht ontsnappen tot een drukniveau onder de 8 bar 9 UITSCHAKELEN VAN DE STADIUM SHOT Uitschakelen van de Stadium Shot 1 2 Ontkoppel de luchtslang en berg de compressor op Controleer of er geen druk meer op de tank staat Verwijder eventuele restdruk door de ontluchtingskraan te openen Draai de Shot Pijp los van de in de tank ge ntegreerde schroefdraad en berg deze op in de daarvoor bestemde houder in de flightcase Ontkoppel de stroomkabel de noodstop en de schakelaar en berg deze op Tot slot controleert u of het apparaat compleet is en indien dit het
