No Check Mains Supply Call S amp S if Mains present and no Power LED 40VAC on the Power In terminal block CT1500GD Troubleshooting Flow Chart Yes Yes No Power LED On Turn the key switch On Both Fan LEDs On 12DC out on erminal block Call S amp S Check onboard fuse Check all key check grey flat switches plug in cable pushed in Check grey flat cable properly Check all key pushed in properly switches plug in Check grey flat cable pushed in properly Disconnect all wires If still no 12VDC Call S amp S if still from terminal blocks out disconnect all no Power LED but Power In wires from terminal blocks but Power In Call S amp S if no Fan 12DC out on identify the problem terminal block Reconnect wires one by one to LEDs and key switch On Faulty Gas Solenoid Does unit report gas detected Does unit report EM Stop No Yes Problem with Gas Detector wiring or detector not used missing link if Yes Check that any of the EM Stop Buttons are not activated and front EM Stop Button plugged into the PCB Problem with remote EM Stop wiring or missing link if remote EM Stop not used
