21. and time This notification can be temporary if the instrument is talking to another application such as AirQ desktop AirQWeb keeps on trying to re establish the connection If the connection is not re established within one hour AirQWeb will generate a loss of contact alert if enabled in Email amp SMS Alerts options AirQWeb automatically uploads the data from instrument s memory when the connection 15 re established If you see long gaps in the data you can manually upload the data using the Upload Data option from the left menu the long gaps occur when the instrument is not sampling probably due to power issues 4 18 Caveats and Exceptions If the application crashes or does not display the data please contact support User s Manual Page 39
