1. ft pipeline systems Installation instructions for Canusalube PMA PMQ pns0 300mm Canusa Installation A If you are using Canusa sleeves to protect the joints before you join the pipes together slide a Canusa sleeve over the end of one of the pipes Join the pipes together and preheat the pipe joint to approximately 60 C hand hot Remove the protective inner liner of the Canusa sleeve and slide back over the pipe joint B Heat the Canusa using a propane burner with a large burner head and shrink it around the joint using up and down movements of the torch in a smooth uniform movement C The joint is properly protected when the sleeve has been completely shrunk on e the sleeve surface is smooth and blister free e the adhesive has been squeezed out at both ends e the sleeve overlaps the main pipe coating by a width of at least 50mm on both sides
