Contr le du disque apr s le remplacement du lecteur de disque dur d fectueux 1 2 Mettez le serveur NAS sous tension Assurez vous qu aucun message d erreur disque n apparait sur le panneau LCD si le serveur en est quip Connectez vous au NAS en tant qu administrateur V rifiez le statut du disque dans Disk Management Gestion des disques Volume Management Gestion du volume Si le message Not initialized Pas initialis apparait le lecteur de disque dur est bien install Pour configurer le nouveau lecteur de disque dur comme volume disque unique initialisez le lecteur en utilisant l interface web Si le volume est configur en RAID 1 5 6 le serveur NAS va reconstruire la configuration RAID apr s un red marrage r ussi Assurez vous que le serveur NAS fonctionne correctement et qu aucune erreur n apparaisse apr s la reconstruction RAID 12 Q2 Le serveur NAS ne d tecte pas le les lecteur s de disque dur et l interface d utilisateur web affiche hard disk failed or unplugged disque dur d fectueux ou d branch Raisons possibles 15 Le lecteur de disque dur n est pas compatible Veuillez consulter liste de compatibilit http www qnap com pro compatibility asp Le lecteur de disque dur peut tre endommag Veuillez tester avec un autre lecteur de disque dur La baie du lecteur peut tre endommag e Veuillez ins rer le disque dur dans une autre baie s il y

16. dans le pare feu Windows Si le probl me persiste v rifiez si un autre programme anti virus ou un autre pare feu est install Si c est le cas d sactivez les et ex cutez nouveau le logiciel Finder 15 Si vous ne parvenez toujours pas acc der votre serveur NAS en utilisant le logiciel Finder ou en entrant directement dans NAS du navigateur web veuillez suivre la proc dure ci dessous tape 1 Contr lez la connexion du c ble LAN Le voyant DEL LAN doit clignoter Etape 2 Contr le le voyant DEL Statut le m me que le voyant DEL alimentation sur certains mod les Il doit tre vert Si le voyant DEL Statut Alimentation clignote en rouge et vert le NAS n est pas initialis ou le les lecteur s de disque dur n est ne sont pas pr t s tape 3 R initialisez le serveur NAS en appuyant sur le bouton r initialiser pendant 3 4 secondes Cela va effacer le mot de passe administrateur et les parametres du r seau DHCP sera utilis le nom utilisateur et le mot de passe par d faut est admin admin Apr s le d marrage du syst me et les deux bips ex cutez nouveau le logiciel Finder pour d tecter votre serveur NAS ou ouvrez un navigateur web et acc dez l adresse http NAS IP 8080 Si votre NAS est reli directement votre PC l IP du serveur est 169 254 100 100 8080 tape 4 Si vous ne parvenez toujours pas acc der votre NAS apr s l tape 3 suivez la proc dure ci desso
