Aufsetzen des Filterdeckels auf den Filterkessel erleichtert ACHTUNG Das Sandfilter f llen bis das Zeichen was man innerhalb des K rpers sieht ung 18 Kg Sand Verschliessen die Filteranlage 9 14 mit dem Spannring 13 Jetzt k nnen Sie die Schlauchverbindungen zum Skimmer und der Einlaufd se herstellen von der Pumpe zum Skimmer und vom Ventil Ausgang Return zur Einlaufd se Die Anschl sse sind jeweils f r 38 mm ausgelegt sollten Sie an Ihrem Becken 32 mm Schlauchanschl sse haben so gehen Sie von der Filteranlage zun chst mit 38 er Schl uchen ab und reduzieren dann mit den beiliegenden Reduktionen auf 32 mm Alle Schlauchanschl sse sind mit Schlauchschellen zu sichern Vor der Inbetriebnahme f llen Sie auf der Ansaugseite der Pumpe aus Richtung des Skimmers Wasser in die Pumpe evtl mit einem Gartenschlauch da die Pumpe nicht trocken laufen darf Achtung Das Filter muss in einem Mindestabstand von 2 m zum Schwimmbad montiert werden Laut Norm VDE 0100 Teil 701 Absatz 5 1 5 4 ist die Montage und der Gebrauch der Pumpe in Zone 1 0 bis 2 m zum Schwimmbeckenrand nicht erlaubt Elektroanschlu Achtung Die gesamte Anlage mu ber einen Fi Schutzschalter lt 30 mA abgesichert werden Achten Sie unbedingt auf einen der Bestimmungen des VDE entsprechenden Anschluss gem folgendem Wortlaut Vorsicht Benutzung in Schwimmbecken und Gartenteichen und deren Schutzbereich zul ssig wenn diese nach DIN VDE 0100 T

13. ie kurzen 38 mm Schl uche 26 an das Ventil Ausgang Return und an die Pumpe Ansaugstutzen 4 Auf der anderen Seite dieses Schlauches verwenden Sie dann den weissen Kunststoff Adapter 27 um somit auf 32 mm zu reduzieren Zur Befestigung verwenden Sie die beiliegenden Schellen 22 Bringen Sie die Filteranlage an Ihren Platz Die Filteranlage darf niemals oberhalb des Wasserspiegels eingesetzt werden weil sie nicht selbstansaugend ist Beachten Sie dass sich die angegebene Umw lzleistung nur auf eine Anlage bezieht die direkt neben dem Pool steht Achten Sie daher auf kurze Schlauchverbindungen Mit jedem Meter die die Anlage weiter vom Pool entfernt aufgebaut wird reduziert sich die Umw lzleistung entsprechend 2 INBETRIEBNAHME ffnen Sie den Spannring 24 damit Sie den Deckel mit dem 4 Wege Ventil abnehmen k nnen Verschliessen Sie die Offnung des Standrohres 10 mit einer Plastikt te oder einem Tuch so dass beim Bef llen kein Quarzsand in das Standrohr fallen kann F llen Sie die Filteranlage ein mit dem Quarzsand bis zur Markierung an der Innenseite der Filteranlage ca 18 kg Zum Schluss streichen Sie die Oberfl che des Quarzsandes glatt Reinigen Sie die Dichtfl chen auf der Unterseite des Filterdeckels 14 den O Ring 11 und die Dichtfl che des Filterkessels 9 von versch ttetem Quarzsand Fetten Sie die Dichtfl chen des Filterkessels 9 und Filterdeckels 14 noch leicht mit Vaseline ein dadurch wird das
