TOSHIBA FRESH AIR INLET BOX Model TCB GB1601UE2 INSTALLATION MANUAL 1 ACCESSORIES e Confirm that the package contains the following parts na Fresh air inlet fixing bracket Duct flange 9100 Fixing screws 4 x 10 6 Heat insulator for fixing screws A Foam polyethylene thick 2mm Heat insulator for fixing screws B Eer Foam polyethylene thick 5mm 1 2 2 Windshield plate fixing bracket T L Aoo 1 1 1 1 1 2 INSTALLATION Note Be sure to install the fresh air inlet box after installing the indoor unit Since the fresh air inlet box is installed to the fresh air and filter chamber be careful of handling Especially giving a shock to the side panel of the fresh air and filter chamber can damage it 1 According to the Fresh Air and Filter Chamber installation installation manual install the fresh air and filter chamber to the indoor unit 2 Remove the shield plate of the fresh air and filter chamber Figure 1 3 Install the indoor unit with the fresh air and filter chamber to the ceiling 4 Insert the duct flange and fresh air inlet fixing bracket to the fresh air inlet and fix them with 8 accessory fixing screws Figure 2 5 Fix the fresh air inlet box you have assembled in Step 4 to the fresh air and filter chamber indoor unit with 4 fixing screws from the side and 2 screws from the bottom In this case as shown in Figure 1 insert the windshield p2. late fixing bracket between the fresh air and filter chamber and fresh air inlet box and tighten them together 6 Attach accessory heat insulators A and B to the screw section Figure 1 7 According to the Fresh air and Filter Chamber installation installation manual install the ceiling panel sold separately and connect the flap motor wiring connector 8 After installing the windshield plate up to the panel remove the air inlet grille Then fix the windshield panel to the position shown in the figure with 2 fixing screws Unless you fix the windshield plate securely it is impossible to control room temperature and to implement normal operation Figure 3 Fresh air inlet Fresh air inlet Ae fixing bracket XY 2 A Wy a Duct flange P ee Figure 2 wo Tighten together with fixing screws Heat insulator for fixing screws B Heat insulator for fixing screws A After installing the panel fix the windshield panel with fixing screws Note When using a high efficiency filter and a Super Long Life Filter together install them before installing the windshield plate When removing these filters remove them after removing the windshield plate Be sure to reinstall the shield plate you have removed Windshield Figure 3 CH56621001
