Grand Prix racing applications LIABILITY Lewmar s liability under this warranty shall be to the exclusion of all other warranties or liabilities to the extent permitted by law In particular but without limitation Lewmar shall not be liable for e Any indirect or consequential loss including without limitation any loss of anticipated profits damage to reputation or goodwill loss of expected future business damages costs or expenses payable to any third party or any other indirect losses e Any damage to yachts or equipment Death or personal Injury unless caused by Lewmar s negligence Lewmar grants no warranties regarding the fitness for purpose use nature or satisfactory quality of the goods Where the laws of the country do not permit a warranty to be excluded then such warranty if permitted by that country s law shall be limited to a period of one year SEVERANCE CLAUSE f any clause of these warranties is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part of the validity of the other clauses of this warranty and the remainder of the clause in question shall not be affected This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from country to country Where the products are sold in the UK under a consumer transaction the buyer s statutory rights are not affected Lewmar Limited reserves the right to alter design and specificatio
