See Fig 1 for details 2 Your Upper Guide rail 03 has been precut for your Shower model opening width 60 or 72 for shower width If W width of your wall to wall opening is equal to the size of your Shower model it is i unnecessary to cut the Upper Guide rail and l ve you can continue to Step 4 ca NG If W width of your wall to wall opening is less than the size of your Shower model you will N 7 need to cut the Upper Guide rail from the SNS end which is farther from the Glass brackets Fae ee The length to cut off will be L 4 H L Subtract W from the size of your Shower a model E AFA SN FOR EXAMPLE Oe a If your wall opening W 59 Your shower a model is 60 L 60 59 1 You have to cut 1 off from the rail See Fig 2 for details Fig 2 Enigma Rev 3 Ver 3 04 2013 3 Your Threshold 15 has been precut for your Shower model opening width 60 or 72 for shower width If W width of your wall to wall opening is equal to the size of your Shower model it is unnecessary to cut the Threshold and you can continue to Step 4 If W width of your wall to wall opening is less than the size of your Shower model you will need to cut the Threshold to the size of W See Fig 3 for details 4 Place the Threshold 15 into the designated position parallel to the back wall See Fig 4 for details Fig 3 En
3. Stationary Glass must face inside the shower Make sure the Stationary glass and the Upper guide rail are leveled If a horizontal adjustment is required adjust it in the Glass brackets 07 See Fig 8 for details Enigma Rev 3 Ver 3 04 2013 8 Outline the Guide rail brackets 08 position on the wall Put the Stationary glass 02 aside Remove the Guide rail brackets from the Upper guide rail place the male part of the Upper guide rail 03 to the outlined positions on the wall and mark the drilling holes Drill the holes using 3 8 drill bit Insert the Wall anchors 03 8 9 and mount the male part of the Guide rail brackets onto the wall using the Round head screws ST6x45 10 See fig 9 for details NOTICE Manufacturer strongly recommends _ installing these heavy doors to the studs or to preinstalled 2x6 wood reinforcements behind the wall and attaching the Wall brackets to it 9 Apply a small amount of waterproof silicone into the Threshold 15 channel Place the Stationary glass 02 back in position and attach both female parts of the Guide rail brackets 08 to their male parts on the walls Tighten the set screws on the Guide rail brackets to secure the Upper guide rail 03 between two walls Upper guide rail 03 must be leveled horizontally Adjust Guide rail bracket 08 using hex key on both ends if it necessary to level the Upper guide rail Tighten the screws from top

7. and bottom of the Guide rail bracket See Fig 10 and Fig 11 for details Enigma Rev 3 Ver 3 04 2013 ATTENTION This Step shows Small Stationary Glass 24 installation for 72 door only 10 Screw off the female part from the Small stationary glass bracket 23 Apply a small amount of silicone into the Threshold 15 channel Slide the Small stationary glass 24 into the groove of the Threshold and butt it up against the wall Secure the Small stationary glass to the Small Stationary glass bracket and fasten the female part of the bracket back to its male part See Fig 12 and Fig 13 for details Enigma Rev 3 Ver 3 04 2013 lt 11 A Measure the distance between the Stationary glass 02 and the wall for 60 door B Measure the distance between the Stationary glass and the Small Stationary glass 24 for 72 door Cut the Threshold cover 14 to the size of your measurement Apply a small amount of silicone into the Threshold 15 channel and push the Threshold cover into the Threshold 15 channel See Fig 14 for details Enigma Rev 3 Ver 3 04 2013 12 Place the Guide block 12 on the LS floor and parallel it to the Stationary glass 02 It should not pass beyond the vertical edge of the glass Take a measurement to ensure the distance between the front line of the glass and the ce

9. eel free to contact DreamLine if you have any questions 2 Please note that you should consult your local building codes with questions on installation compliance standards Building and plumbing codes may vary by location and DreamLine is not responsible for code compliance standards for your project and will not accept any returns 3 Please ensure that prior to the installation the installation surface is leveled and solid and will be able to support the total weight of the unit Also make sure the walls are at right angles Irregular installation surface level or improper angle of side walls will result in serious problems for your installation Please note that some adjustments and drilling might be necessary during the installation process 4 This unit has to be installed against a finished floor and walls 5 Please NOTE This door does not have out of plumb adjustment Make sure your walls are at right angles 6 This door requires 3 2 wide threshold or installation space 7 Please note that Step 8 calls for installation of the door to the wall using anchors However the manufacturer strongly recommends installing these heavy doors to the studs or to preinstalled 2x6 wood reinforcements behind the wall and attaching the Wall brackets to it 8 a If the width of your door is 60 and less you only need to refer to Diagram A with Packing List A b If the width of your door is 72 and less and you are inst
10. igma Rev 3 Ver 3 04 2013 Fig 4 5 Mark the drilling holes on the floor through predrilled holes in the Threshold 15 Remove the Threshold drill the holes in the floor using 5 16 drill bit and insert the Small anchors 5 16 18 Apply silicone on the bottom of the Threshold along the center line and around the holes place it back to the designated position and fasten it to the floor with the Countersunk screws ST4 2 x30 16 See Fig 5 for details 6 Install the Upper guide rail 03 onto the Stationary glass 02 with the Glass brackets 07 and tighten the set screws Slide the Door stoppers 01 on each end of the Upper guide rail and secure them temporarily Slide the Guide Rail brackets 08 on each end of the Guide rail and temporarily secure them as well See Fig 6 and Fig 7 for details Fig 6 Enigma Rev 3 Ver 3 04 2013 If the width of your door is 72 and you are installing the door with the Small Stationary glass 24 attach Small Stationary glass bracket 23 to the Upper guide rail 03 as shown in Fig 7 B Z OTE Before you install the Stationary glass 02 you have to take the Glass door 05 into the shower room and lean it against the wall gt WO 7 Place the Stationary glass 02 into the groove of the Threshold 15 and butt it up against the wall Please note that the Upper guide rail 03 secured on the
11. is in its maximum opening and closing range Tighten the set screws to fasten them in place Mount the Handle 06 to the Glass door See Fig 19 for details Fig 19 17 Apply silicone along the connection of the Stationary glasses and the wall You may also apply additional layer of silicone along the Threshold optional See Fig 20 for details A r Waterproof Waterproof et we silicone silicone f if A Fig 20 Enigma Rev 3 Ver 3 04 2013 13 Product Maintenance To insure long lasting life for your acrylic back walls wipe them off after each use with a soft cloth To clean the acrylic back walls use non abrasive sprays or cream based cleaners Never use abrasive cleansers metal brushes or scrapers that could scratch or dull the Surface To insure long lasting life for your glass shower products wipe them off after each use with a soft cloth Rinse and wipe of the glass using either soft cloth or squeegee to prevent soap buildup Never use abrasive cleaners and cleaning products that contain scoring agent because this may scratch the surface Never use bristle brushes or abrasive sponges To assure a long lasting finish wipe off the metal parts after each use with a soft cloth Do not use abrasive cleaners or cleaning products containing ammonia bleach or acid If accidentally used rinse the surface as soon as possib
12. le to prevent finish peeling or corrosion After cleaning the shiny finishes rinse thoroughly and wipe dry with soft cloth Clean stainless steel surfaces at least once a week When applying stainless steel cleaner or polish work with not across the grain Never use abrasive sponge or cloth steel wool or wired brushes Enigma Rev 3 Ver 3 04 2013 14 DREAMLINE EXCLUSIVE LIMITED WARRANTY AS OF MAY 6 2013 This warranty extends only to the original owner end user for household use only and is not transferable to a subsequent owner This warranty extends for a designated period of time so long as it remains in use in its original place of installation This warranty applies only to DreamLine products purchased from an authorized dealer in United States or Canada Proof of purchase original sales receipt from the original consumer purchase must be provided with all warranty claims IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY OF DREAMLINE EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE UNIT DreamLine products must be installed by a fully insured and licensed professional Installation of DreamLine product by anyone other than fully insured licensed professionals shall VOID THE WARRANTY DreamLine recommends that such licensed professionals have experience in the installation of bathroom products Installation of certain products including without limitation glass products i e shower and tub doors by an inexperienced installer may result in glass breakage and c
